La República Dominicana participó activamente en la 51ª sesión del Grupo de Trabajo III de la CNUDMI (Reforma del ISDS), celebrada del 7 al 11 de abril de 2025 en la sede de las Naciones Unidas en Nueva York.

Nuestra delegación estuvo conformada por la Sra. Natalia Polanco, Directora de Prevención y Solución de Controversias del Viceministerio de Comercio Exterior del MICM, y el Sr. Manuel Díaz Franjul, Director de Negociaciones Comerciales del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, quienes participaron junto a miembros de nuestra misión permanente.

Durante la sesión, la Sra. Polanco intervino en nombre de la República Dominicana, reafirmando el compromiso del país con una reforma integral y equilibrada del sistema de solución de diferencias entre inversionistas y Estados (ISDS), que garantice mayor transparencia, equidad y legitimidad en los mecanismos de arbitraje internacional. #RDenONU #UNCITRAL #ISDSReform
