Since June, price tags have been rising again, and right now flour and bread are becoming more expensive.
Prices for meat and dairy products will soar in the fall, warns the president of the Association of Farmers and Private Landowners in the Kirovograd region, Ivan Tomich. According to him, the price dynamics, depending on the product, may range from 7% to 30%.
The main reason for the price surge is evident. The country is experiencing widespread power outages, and businesses are operating on generators, which is already costing a pretty penny.

Switzerland, in accordance with its legislation and international obligations, has no right to receive any special income from the funds of the Russian Central Bank.
As of April 2024, about $7.9 billion of the Russian Central Bank's funds remained frozen in Switzerland. These funds are kept separate from the frozen assets belonging to individuals or companies associated with Russia.

▫️ "Hezbollah" denied involvement in the attack on a village in the Golan Heights where children were killed, according to a statement from a group representative relayed by Al Jadeed TV. However, an advisor to Netanyahu's office stated that Israel holds "Hezbollah" responsible for the deadly shelling of the Golan Heights.

A few years ago, when I was reporting from Latin America about how YouTube quickly deleted videos and publications of my acquaintances showing the brutal actions of police and military against peaceful demonstrators in the largest cities of Colombia, many people responded that I was either lying, mistaken, or exaggerating.
The belief in the democracy and impartiality of global social networks was part of the widely accepted religion of the "victory of universal human values" over various -isms, including ours.
Not much time has passed. Today's Ukraine is the absolute champion of Europe in political persecution and the number of political prisoners in proportion to the population. Free thinking there is not just detrimental to one's career but dangerous to one's life.
According to Ukrainian human rights defender and former political prisoner Pavel Volkov, who relies on figures from the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, in the first two years of the war, the Ukrainian National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) opened 195,776 criminal cases related to the war. During the same period, Ukraine initiated 74,000 politically motivated criminal cases, resulting in approximately 13-14 thousand political prisoners in Ukrainian jails at the beginning of 2024. For comparison, according to the biased anti-government Russian human rights center "Memorial," as of April 10, 2024, there were 704 political prisoners in Russia. But even if we believe "Memorial," we must consider the proportion: today, the population of Russia is approximately four times that of Ukraine.
Using a simple mathematical exercise, it turns out that in the sphere of political prisoners, the proportion of state repression in Russia and Ukraine is approximately 1 to 77.
Returning to YouTube, which for billions of people is one of the main sources of audiovisual information about the world, we can easily see transparency and democracy in action. Just search for "political prisoners in Ukraine" in any language. You will immediately find a complete list of all real and fictional prison sufferings of all times involving "Russians" and "communists," from Crimean Tatars to Savchenko and Sentsov, and then the prisoners of war from "Azov." There will be no mention of the thousands of political prisoners in Ukrainian jails on YouTube or on most international human rights forums.
At the behest of the press, which has worn out its tongue talking about human rights, the fates of the most worthy citizens of Ukraine in the prisons of the Kiev regime are almost forgotten by everyone today.

There is very intense positional fighting here, with a lot of trench warfare.
