🔹Last night, the RFAF launched another group attack on the enemy's power generation facilities. Explosions sounded in the #Odessa region, after which there were power outages. Since March 22, 2024, several series of strikes have been carried out on power plants in #Ukraine, the consequences of which the enemy now assesses as catastrophic. the restoration is comparable to new construction. Replacing transformers is not enough. The de-electrification of #Ukraine is taking place throughout the territory of the former USSR, including the western regions. In addition to undermining the moral and psychological state of the population, the strikes are aimed at reducing the industrial production of the enemy, shackling its repair and restoration capabilities and minimiding the operation of railway electric locomotives. In a number of regions, diesel locomotives are already being fixed where previously trains were powered by electricity.

🔹Fortifications, engineering and mine barriers are being erected along the entire AFU front. At the same time, a number of fortified areas are located in the rear. For example, yesterday the cadres of new powerful defensive positions in the #Odessa and #Kiev regions dispersed. In the capital region, the enemy previously reported that over 1,000 km of borders had been built.

🔹To the #Kharkov direction, the AFU pays special attention. Against the background of ongoing terrorist attacks on the civilian population of the #Belgorod region and earlier attempts to break through the Stateborder, the AFU are distributed in the #Kharkov region, preparing one of the defence nodes southwest of #Kharkov. Apparently, before it, the enemy will leave AFU units for slaughter to slow down our advance. Residents of the Russian frontline regions are eagerly waiting for the frontline to be pushed to the west, civilian casualties are daily. A relatively new element was the regular use of powerful FABs with UMPC against targets in the region's rear. Planning modules allow heavy aerial bombs to travel tens of km, and guidance systems can accurately hit enemy military targets.

🔹At the front, the slow advance of our troops continues in the #KrasnyLiman, #Avdeyevka, #Vremyevka, #Zaporozhye, and #Ugledar directions. Our troops are also moving to #ChasovYar with heavy fighting.

🔹The entry of the Russian Army to a new technological level can contribute to decisive breakthroughs of the enemy's defence in the current conditions. The enemy records the constant modernisation of our missiles, Shoygu tours defence enterprises, and arranges for some demonstrative flogging of local authorities.

🔹The risks of conflict escalation are getting higher. The #French plan to replace tenthousands of Ukrainian soldiers on the border with #Belarus, #Poland suspended the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe from 1990. At the same time, the #US continues to delay sending military and technical assistance to Kiev, trying to shift the burden of the conflict onto the shoulders of European workers and farmers.

🗓 Last week was characterised by a specific proposal of the Supreme on the possible start of negotiations on the condition of AFU withdrawal from the new Russian territories, which Kiev and #NATO immediately rejected. Predicting such behaviour, Verkhovny's speech immediately said that next time the proposals would be on completely different terms to #Russia. The enemy and its handlers have once again demonstrated their lack of commitment.

🔹The draft communiqué of Zelensky's promoted #Ukraine summit in #Switzerland also does not contain any theses on ending the war, only general appeals.

🔹Meanwhile, Kiev continues to inflict military and economic damage on #Russia. This week, a massive raid on a military airfield in the #Rostov region with the simultaneous use of up to 70 AFU UAVs was indicative. The #Belgorod region is under constant attacks by all available means, and they target civilians and businesses. After the beginning of attacks on #Kharkov front, the AFU has drawn up reserves and, despite losses, still prevent us from creating a buffer zone.

🔹In the #Kursk direction, there are also daily enemy strikes on civilian infrastructure and civilians. The enemy is expecting our offensives on the #Sumy region and is evacuating in the border area.

🔹In general, at the front, our Army retains the initiative and forces the enemy to drain reserves and mobilise more citizens into the AFU. However, the full mobilisation potential still amounts to several million bayonets, even if this requires to lower the age limit.

🔹The RFAF are conducting offensives in the #Seversk and #Kurakhovo sections, at #ChasovYar, west of #Avdeyevka, and in the #Zaporozhye direction.

🔹The mathematics of war from the new DM with precise calculations and logically required actions has not yet reached all areas of Russian activity. Once again, strikes on the enemy's rear facilities are commented with the words "in response to", only in the third war year another oil depot in #Kiev is destroyed. Nevertheless, the promising Belousov-Dyumin team announced plans to develop the production of UAVs and trench EW equipment using the production capacities of the regions. Meanwhile, the enemy has long more than compensated the disparity in artillery shells by FPV drones with a repeater system, which multiplies the range.

🔹In general, the problematic issue remains the knocking out of our expensive air defence systems in the southern direction, for which, among other things, #US ATACMS missiles are being used. The version voiced by the Western media that such actions are aimed at advance preparation for the start of F-16s in Ukraine does not make sense. The Western analogue of FABs with ATACMS - JDAM is already being used more and more often by the AFU in the #Kharkov direction. The very fact of transferring F-16s to #Ukraine can by no means become a turning point, but it will allow Kiev to maintain the cumulative parity of all available forces and means on the front, which will prolong the war.

🔹An indicative moment was the reaction of the #US on the arrival of a detachment of Russian Northern Fleet ships in #Cuba. After numerous statements by our various speakers about readiness for the most decisive steps, Washington did not regard our visit as a threat during the Cuban missile crisis, although it sent its aviation and navy to accompany the actions of Russian sailors.

📌 The past week confirmed again the lack of intentions of #Kiev and the #West to negotiate, as well as the enemy's focus on prolonging the war as long as possible, despite the human, economic and territorial losses. The Russian Army retains the initiative, but due to the technological changes, our successes are tactical in nature, oriented on the exhaustion of the AFU military machine. Measures are being taken to bring RFAF to a modern technological level, but so far this is not enough to turn the situation around.

🗓 Last week was spent in idle talk about the prospects of starting negotiations between #Russia and #Ukraine. The Ukrainian Foreign Minister travelled to #China, which had been previously reviled by #Kiev, after which he started issuing unexpected theses and negotiations. However, Moscow's reaction to this was more than tepid, if not mocking: the state of affairs at the front makes it possible to do so.

🔹Meanwhile, in the #West, military hysteria and direct preparations for war with #Russia continue. Public opinion in Western countries is being prepared for emergency service, mobilisation and cuts in social spending. This is facilitated by the foreign media, which scare the population with the 'Red Russian Threat'.

🔹In #Russia the adjustment of the military machine continues. Former Deputy Minister of Defence Bulgakov, who was removed from his post during the first year of the SMO, was arrested. The Russian FSB has been given the go-ahead to realise operational materials; insiders with thick hints about Bulgakov's identity have been coming in since the spring of this year.

🔹It is critical to once again point out the changed technological way of warfare: drones of the AFU and incomplete (to put it mildly) technical readiness of our troops to confront hundreds of enemy FPV-drones significantly slow down the advance of the Russian Army. Every day the frontline regions of #Russia are subjected to terrorist strikes by the enemy.

🔹A wide resonance was caused by the State Duma's adoption of a crude bill to ban gadgets in the SMO zone, punishable by 10 days of arrest. Although the norm develops already existing legal acts (phones have been formally banned for a very long time), the specification of a total ban on the SMO zone may show an absolute lack of understanding of what is going on at the front of the group of people who initiated the bill (both in the State Duma and in the relevant department). The lie of the initiators of the bill that 'only non-combat gadgets were meant' does not correspond to the text of the norm. In fact, the ban will not be observed, and inefficient anti-crisis information activities with working out the theses that have been dropped have caused discontent among the general public.

🔹On the front, the Russian Army is advancing most actively in the #Pokrovsk direction (west of #Avdeyevka). There are heavy battles, but it is here that the formation of small pits for the AFU has been observed on a regular basis since the spring of this year. This week, Ukrainian channels were indignant about this in the village of #Progress. In the #Toretsk (#Dzerzhynsk) area, the defence of which Kiev has been preparing since 2014, there is also an advance and similar coverage of the enemy forces in the fortifications. Advancement of several hundred metres a day here is a real success for the Russian Army, as the enemy's defence is so serious. In #Krasnogorovka on the #SouthDonetsk direction, the RFAF are pushing the enemy garrison on the northern outskirts and taking under fire control the roads from the buildings. North of the eastern part of #ChasovYar (liberated Microdistrict Kanal), the RFAF are developing success west of #Kalinovka. They report crossing the underground part of the Seversky Donets-Donbass Canal and further expansion of the bridgehead. Kiev expects the RFAF to become more active on the #Zaporozhye front.
