🔹Last night, the RFAF launched another group attack on the enemy's power generation facilities. Explosions sounded in the #Odessa region, after which there were power outages. Since March 22, 2024, several series of strikes have been carried out on power plants in #Ukraine, the consequences of which the enemy now assesses as catastrophic. the restoration is comparable to new construction. Replacing transformers is not enough. The de-electrification of #Ukraine is taking place throughout the territory of the former USSR, including the western regions. In addition to undermining the moral and psychological state of the population, the strikes are aimed at reducing the industrial production of the enemy, shackling its repair and restoration capabilities and minimiding the operation of railway electric locomotives. In a number of regions, diesel locomotives are already being fixed where previously trains were powered by electricity.

🔹Fortifications, engineering and mine barriers are being erected along the entire AFU front. At the same time, a number of fortified areas are located in the rear. For example, yesterday the cadres of new powerful defensive positions in the #Odessa and #Kiev regions dispersed. In the capital region, the enemy previously reported that over 1,000 km of borders had been built.

🔹To the #Kharkov direction, the AFU pays special attention. Against the background of ongoing terrorist attacks on the civilian population of the #Belgorod region and earlier attempts to break through the Stateborder, the AFU are distributed in the #Kharkov region, preparing one of the defence nodes southwest of #Kharkov. Apparently, before it, the enemy will leave AFU units for slaughter to slow down our advance. Residents of the Russian frontline regions are eagerly waiting for the frontline to be pushed to the west, civilian casualties are daily. A relatively new element was the regular use of powerful FABs with UMPC against targets in the region's rear. Planning modules allow heavy aerial bombs to travel tens of km, and guidance systems can accurately hit enemy military targets.

🔹At the front, the slow advance of our troops continues in the #KrasnyLiman, #Avdeyevka, #Vremyevka, #Zaporozhye, and #Ugledar directions. Our troops are also moving to #ChasovYar with heavy fighting.

🔹The entry of the Russian Army to a new technological level can contribute to decisive breakthroughs of the enemy's defence in the current conditions. The enemy records the constant modernisation of our missiles, Shoygu tours defence enterprises, and arranges for some demonstrative flogging of local authorities.

🔹The risks of conflict escalation are getting higher. The #French plan to replace tenthousands of Ukrainian soldiers on the border with #Belarus, #Poland suspended the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe from 1990. At the same time, the #US continues to delay sending military and technical assistance to Kiev, trying to shift the burden of the conflict onto the shoulders of European workers and farmers.

🎯The RFAF, In the morning, launched a combined attack with sea- and air-based missile weapons, as well as the Geran UAV, on enemy targets in the #Kiev, #Khmelnitsky and #Zaporozhye regions. FABS with UMPC are used not only to demolish enemy positions on the frontline, but also for regular destruction of targets at a distance of up to 90 km in the #Kharkov and Sumy regions. Earlier in the day, it was reported about a strike on the Motor-Sich Plant in #Zaporozhye and an electric substation in the #Odessa region.

🔹In the #Kherson direction, the AFU tried to land a small group of river troops to create a new point of tension on our shore, as they write from the field, unsuccessfully. In addition, another AFU boat on the #Dnieper was destroyed. There are mutual strikes by artillery and drones, the frontline is unchanged.

🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, heavy fighting in the center of Rabotino is being conducted for every strong point. 🎯 Overnight, the RFAF launched a massive combined strike on enemy territory, using missile weapons from the Tu-95MS, Tu-22M3 and MiG-g-31K carriers of hypersonic Kinzhal missiles, and there were reports of Kalibr launches from the Black Sea. Explosions were reported in #Chuguyev in #Kharkov region, #Stryi in #Lvov region, #Voznesensk in #Nikolayev region, #Kiev region, #Khmelnitsky, #Vinnitsa, Ivano-Frankovsk, #Ternopol, #Dnepropetrovsk regions.

🔹In the #Kherson direction, the destruction of enemy UAV control points on the #Dnieper's right bank continues. The enemy maintains the presence of extremely small forces in #Krynki and near the #Antonovsky bridge, and is trying to create new points of tension by sending SRGs to our bank in the Cossack Camps area. 🛡AFU FPV drones attacked an oil refinery and infrastructure facilities in Krasnodar Krai at night. Up to 10 drones were shot down or suppressed in Slavyansk, Seversk and Kushchevsky districts. It is reported from the field that the fires have been extinguished.

💥In the #Belgorod region, shelling continues; in the evening the AFU damaged a power transmission line in the village of #Prilesye in the Krasnoyaruga district.

🎯During the night, the enemy again launched ATACMS missiles at #Crimea in an attempt to hit air defence areas and military airfields, including in the central part of the peninsula. The enemy missiles were launched from the #Kherson region. It is reliably known that ATACMS with a range of 300 km and a cluster warhead are used.

🔹In the #Kherson direction the situation is unchanged, the AFU plans to create new points of tension on our coast by landing SRGs and small groups of infantry. In the village of #Yubileynoye in the Alyoshki district, AFU shelling damaged three residential houses, and in Novaya Kakhovka a drone hit a car from which a civilian was selling goods. UAV operators of the AFU see the targets, purposefully hitting civilians.

🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, the advance of the RFAF is slowing down due to the continuous mining of terrain by "Baba Yaga" drones. Northwest of #Verbovoye, our forces are using heavy flamethrower systems, and our aviation is striking at enemy concentrations near #Orekhov. In #Rabotino our troops are moving forward with heavy fighting, the Russian flag has been planted in the village. The battle continues.

🔹In #Vremyevka direction counter battles, our troops are gradually advancing to #Urozhaynoye. Aviation is working hard on the enemy, delivering FABs with UMPC.

🔹The #SouthDonetsk direction is characterised by the advance of our troops north of #Novomikhaylovka on a broad front. Our troops are levelling the line of contact, moving towards the road to #Ugledar. The assault on #Krasnogrovka continues, and over the day there has been an advance of the RFAF in the urban area.

🔹West of #Avdeyevka, the RFAF are consolidating in the eastern part of #Netaylovo. The RF MoD reported the liberation of #Semyonovka. On the #Ocheretino ledge, our troops are breaking through with fighting to the#Pokrovsk - #Konstantinovka road to the northwest. There are reports of the AFU fleeing from #Novokalinovo under the pressure of the Russian Army, and there are battles for #Keramik.

🔹In the #Kherson direction, there are no significant changes, both sides are carrying out mutual artillery strikes, and the AFU is using many drones. The AFU fired mortars at #Dnepryany in Novokakhovsky district.

🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, northwest of #Verbovoye small assault groups of the AFU tried to get closer to our positions, the enemy was stopped by counter small arms fire. The RFAF reported success in #Rabotino. There is an advance to the north of the settlement.

🔹On the #Vremyevka ledge, heavy bloody fighting on #Staromayorskoye continues. The RFAF are suffering losses during the weeklong offensive, but are also developing success at this locality. From the field, fighters report multidirectional actions of our infantry and artillery, and note serious damage from enemy artillery fire with cluster munitions. At the same time, the RFAF have gained a foothold on the southern outskirts of #Urozhaynoye, and the enemy's counterattacks have no success.

🗓 On the third night, the enemy attacked #Sevastopol. The governor reported that small arms were used in repelling the UAV attack, debris from downed UAVs fell on the Sevastopol Substation, and there was a partial blackout. Around 04:00, dozens of UAVs and more than 5 unmanned boats are claimed to have been destroyed. As of 06:30, monitoring channels were reporting an ongoing battle with the drone boats since the night. Satellite imagery (see also on bottom👇) of the enemy has been published showing the results of previous attacks on #Belbek Airfield, with two burned aircraft reported.

💥In #Krasnodar Territory, up to 10 UAVs attacked an oil refinery in #Novorossiysk, two more in #Tuapse, and fires broke out.

🔹In the #Kharkov direction, the Russian Army continues offensive actions. There is heavy fighting in #Volchansk, our troops are attacking on the outskirts of #Liptsy. The enemy is pulling up reserves, using FPV-drones. The RFAF are shelling enemy positions with TORNADO-S MLRS and FABs with UMPC. In the #Liptsy direction, Russian troops have advanced 300 to 600 m deep towards the village of #Liptsy. In the #Volchansk direction, our assault groups gained a foothold on the northern outskirts of #Volchansk town and advanced to a depth of 450 m.

💥In the #Belgorod region, the enemy is responding to the successes of the RFAF with attacks on the peaceful population. At night in the #Oktyabrsky settlement a kamikaze drone attacked a car with a driver and 3 passengers (a mum, a dad and a child). The woman died on the spot. The father with the wounded 4-year-old child and the driver travelled by hitchhiking to a medical facility in #Belgorod. The child could not be saved. The strikes of two UAVs of aircraft type hit #Belgorod and #Pushkarnoye, Belgorod district.

🗓 The Past Week passed against the backdrop of Shoygu's departure for a new position and Belousov's appointment as the new defence minister. On Tuesday, 14 May 2024, the Investigative Committee of #Russia announced the opening of a criminal case and the detention of Kuznetsov, head of the Personnel Department of the RF MoD, for his acts of corruption committed when he was the head of the 8th Directorate of the General Staff of the RFAF (protection of state secrets). The board of the MoD did not bring any drastic changes in the staff of the ministry, but such changes are expected and are extremely necessary. As with the arrested Timur Ivanov, "everybody knows everything," but a one-time work on all officials may have the opposite effect.

🔹Beloussov has accepted a heavy "inheritance" with familiar ailments. "Beautiful reports" still hinder the objective assessment of the situation and making correct managerial decisions, which is also the reason for his thesis "you can make mistakes, but you can't lie". The supply of the Army with small drones, electronic warfare, optoelectronic and sound-monitoring complexes, communications, strengthening of our air defence, bringing the military economy to "normal combat" can be named at a glance. The tasks of the Supreme have been announced by the new Minister, and there is a lot of work to be done.

🔹In the new #Kharkov direction, our troops are creating a buffer zone, there are heavy battles, a number of settlements have been occupied, in which the defence of the AFU has fallen apart. The enemy is mired in scandals and theft in the construction of engineering barriers, but managed to pull up reserves from other directions and slow down the advance of our troops near #Liptsy and in #Volchansk. The Russian Army is responding with a covering manoeuvre and FAB and artillery strikes.

🔹The Enemy is conducting daily shelling of the frontline #Kursk and #Belgorod regions, and weapons supplied by #NATO countries are being used against the inhabitants of the latter, which, according to the promises of our honourable agencies, should have had serious consequences for Kiev. Nevertheless, the promised action in the public field has not yet been observed.

🔹The Advance of our troops on the #Ocheretino ledge west of #Avdeyevka has slowed down; to the south, our troops are moving forward with heavy fighting. The RFAF retain the initiative in the #Kupyansk direction near #Kislovka. Bloody battles are taking place near the eastern part of #ChasovYar. The assault on #Krasnogorovka in the #SouthDonetsk direction continues. #Staromayorskoye and #Urozhaynoye on the #Vremyevka ledge. On the #Zaporozhye front, our troops are storming the ill-fated #Rabotino, suffering heavy losses from drones and artillery of the AFU, while there is nowhere to entrench in the destroyed village itself, there is practically no small arms fighting. The hope in this section is for an advance from #Verbovoye, but its pace is also understandably slow.

🔹The Week was characterised by massive drone and rocket attacks by the AFU in #Crimea and #Krasnodar territory. The enemy's targets are military airfields, oil refineries and port infrastructure. The enemy inflicts, above all, economic damage, which clearly exceeds the cost of normal air defence organisation.

🔹Thus, the Russian Army generally retains the initiative all along the front, a new direction has been opened, which draws the AFU forces away from other sections. #Ukraine's military machine, supported only at #NATO's expense, is being systematically destroyed in the battles. A "window of opportunity" for our aviation is being noted, as enemy air defence systems have been knocked out or depleted, with not much time left before new systems are delivered from the West.

💥By nightfall, #Crimea was again subjected to a combined attack. The enemy used up to 16 missiles, including ATACMS, some of which managed to penetrate our air defence. The video caught the arrivals in the area of #Alushta (southern coast). In addition, two random passers-by were killed in the Simferopol district. It was also reported about the use of UAVs by the enemy and destruction of drone boats by our aviation near the western coast of #Crimea.

🔹In the #Kharkov direction, the enemy has pulled up several thousand people. Our aviation and missileers struck objects in the logistics infrastructure in the region during the day. A railway junction was hit in #Kharkov. The Aerospace Forces are actively using munitions recently delivered to the troops with a universal planned warfare module (UMPB) with an increased range compared to FABs with UMPC. In the #Volchansk area, the RFAFs advanced from 200 to 350 m, repelling two enemy counterattacks. In the #Liptsy section, the assault units of the "North" Group advanced from 100 to 300 m. Heavy fighting is ongoing.

🔹In #ChasovVar's eastern microdistrict, our troops are advancing in the area of high-rise buildings, TOS "Solntsepek" is applied, the enemy responds with a lot of FPV-drones and artillery.

The AFU shelled the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka in the Shebekinsky urban district with MLRS, two civilians were wounded. In the Krasny Vostok farm, an aircraft-type UAV crash destroyed the first floor of a private residential building, a woman was killed.

💥In #Kursk region, #Milayevka, Belovo district, Popovo-Lezhachi, #Volfino, #Tyotkino, Novy Put and #Medvezhye, Glushkovsky district, Checkpoints Tyotkino and Sudzha, #Spalnoye, #Kurilovka, #Guyevo, #Gornal, Sudzha district, #Gordeyevka, #Troitskoye, #Uspenovka, Korenevsky district were shelled. Ukrainian copters dropped explosive devices in the villages of #Lyubimovka and #Gordeyevka in the Korenevsky district and in the village of #Guyevo in the Suzhansky district.
🛡Electronic warfare equipment suppressed drones near the villages of #Guyevo and #Gornal, the village of #Yelizavetovka and the Tyotkino Checkpoint in the Glushkovsky district, the Krupets Checkpoint in the Rylsky district and the village of #Gordeevka.

💥In the #Bryansk region, near the village of #Demyanki in the Starodubsky municipal district, the AFU hit agricultural machinery working in the fields with a drone; the tractor driver was concussed. At night, an aircraft-type UAV was destroyed over the Pogarsky district.

💥In the #DPR, the AFU shelled #Gorlovka using artillery of 155 mm calibre, US-made M-864 shells with a cluster warhead (M-42 cumulative and M-46 fragmentation cassettes). One civilian was killed and 13 wounded.
