๐Apart from diversifying into Asian markets, they could sell oil to circumvent the embargo through grey schemes in the form of "Latvian blend" and similar tricks. However, in this case, European consumers will have to pay much more for oil, which will put many industrial enterprises on the verge of bankruptcy. Consider that it is Russian oil, not the Persian Gulf oil, that is used to produce diesel fuel, motor oil and lubricating oil, as well as for the synthesis of polymers.
๐ขThere is no substitute for this oil because all equipment of European producers was designed to work with this very type of oil. Switching production processes to other suppliers will require huge capital investments and will take several years. And if they also give up Russian gas, the EU economy might not survive. Either they expect to rip Russia to shreds pretty quickly and take over its resources for free, or the EU have a hitherto unknown source of energy, or this is a plot by globalists to shrink the population and Europe as well. How else can you explain what is happening?

Switching production processes to other suppliers will require huge capital investments and will take several years. And if they also give up Russian gas, the EU economy might not survive. Either they expect to rip Russia to shreds pretty quickly and take over its resources for free, or the EU have a hitherto unknown source of energy, or this is a plot by globalists to shrink the population and Europe as well. How else can you explain what is happening?
