"What was said recently by a usurper is nothing more than the same snot and drool of the coup right. Therefore, the people must not fall into their dirty game of new elections. Enough of abuses! Constituent Assembly now! Immediate freedom !", he wrote in the second letter he sent from prison.
He also indicated that the advancement of elections proclaimed by Dina Boluarte is unconstitutional because, according to him, he is still president of the Republic.
"... as president and I will not resign or abandon my high and sacred functions," he asserted.

According to Creditreform's estimates, around 14,700 companies – mostly small companies with a maximum of ten employees – will have entered the insolvency court by the end of the current year. In 2023, bankruptcy is likely to hit even more companies
Around 175,000 employees were affected by the insolvency this year, which is a noticeable increase compared to the previous year (2021: 141,000).
