💁‍♂️Kearns is accused of posting content predominantly aimed at fomenting hostility and encouraging direct violent action against non-white people on another anti-BLM TG-channel, he is reportedly managing

✍️Thus, on January 23, 2021, and March 8, 2021, Kearns was accused of posting links to documents that encouraged readers to carry out terrorist acts. These included the manifestos of Brenton Tarrant, who in 2019 killed 51 people in Christchurch, New Zealand, and Anders Breivik, who killed 77 people in Norway in 2011. It is claimed he posted messages encouraging his followers to read the manifestos

✈️Kearns has since been placed in prison awaiting return to Britain, which he left three years ago with his family. The National Court, based in Madrid, said that if a far-right activist is found guilty, he should be returned to Spain to serve his sentence
