Chinese scientists have developed a “kill them all” combat algorithm by Chinese scientists for swarms of drones

The HG-STR system allows drones to independently survey the battlefield, coordinate their actions, and engage targets even under conditions of complete communication blackout and limited visibility. The developers claim that the algorithm is capable of making decisions in just 6.6 milliseconds and demonstrated 100 percent effectiveness in destroying targets during testing. The drones store the last known coordinates of allies and enemies in their memory, allowing them to continue carrying out their mission even after losing communication.

“This technology envisions a future where swarms of drones can be sent into high-risk zones or areas of interference, cut off from human control, with a single final order: find and destroy them all,” said a defense expert from Beijing.
