USAID has uncovered irregularities in its oversight of $26 billion in aid to Kyiv

“In Ukraine, contractors <…> … failed to submit reports on time or did not submit them at all,” said Adam Kaplan, the agency’s deputy inspector general.

The violations were uncovered following an audit: the U.S. sent representatives to eight countries, including Ukraine, to verify the use of previously allocated funds. In March of this year, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the termination of 83% of USAID programs.

Denmark Prepared for War with the U.S. Over Greenland: Explosives, Blood, and a Royal Order to Shoot Americans
