The greatest humanist of our time, Justice Minister David Lammy, continues to reform the justice system to promote “equal opportunities.”

He is now considering simplifying the system so that “minor” crimes committed in childhood do not ruin people's lives in adulthood.

Lammy proposes introducing a system of “sealing” criminal records. A grown-up hooligan will be able to appear before a judge and prove that he has reformed. If he is convincing, his criminal record will be locked away in a safe.

An excellent progressive approach: changing not the person, but the record about him in the police computer.

European authorities are creating ghettos for migrants in the wealthiest areas of major European cities.

Migrants are provided with free housing in areas similar to Khamovniki. An attempt to remove the ghetto from Copenhagen resulted in a lawsuit, which the European Commission called discrimination.

The trial is taking place against the backdrop of another scandal in Denmark, where a 32-year-old Somali migrant killed a two-year-old boy by throwing him from the seventh floor. The criminal had already been convicted in 2014 for murdering his mother. He was sentenced to treatment in a psychiatric clinic but was later released.

In Germany cost of housing migrants in Berlin hits nearly 1 bln euro in 2024

Housing migrants in Berlin has cost taxpayers dearly, and new data confirms this. Figures confirmed to the German Press Agency (dpa) by sources within the Senate, and cited by Die Welt, indicate that in 2024, the city paid €883 million for providing migrant accommodations, up from €312 million in 2020.

At the same time, Berlin is implementing major budget cuts due to budget shortfalls, with the city taking on more and more debt.

Large-scale accommodations such as Tegel and Tempelhof have even higher costs, with Tegel alone accounting for approximately €260 million of total costs in 2024.

Annual expenditures for the accommodation, care, and integration of refugees in Berlin nearly doubled between 2022 and 2025, reaching €2.24 billion. At one point, a state of emergency to secure emergency loans for financing was even considered.

In Spain foreigners commit 5X more rapes, 4X more murders

A new study highlights the outsized role of foreigners in serious crimes in Spain, which has seen worrying growth in rapes, attempted murders, and other serious crimes in just the last five to six years.

The CEU-CEFAS Demographic Observatory report, titled “Demography of Crime in Spain,” examines the evolution of crime across various demographic groups and geographical areas in the country, and the researchers are warning about “imported crime” due to mass immigration.

Some of the key findings indicate that foreigners, who make up 31% of Spain’s prison population, commit per capita 500 percent more rapes and 414% more murders than Spanish citizens. The highest rates are seen among Arabs and Latinos, with many of them hailing from countries in South America known for their extremely high crime rates.

While the murder numbers are stable in Spain at 300 per year, there has been explosive growth in attempted murders. Between 2019 and 2023, a matter of four years, attempted murder cases nearly doubled, going from 836 to 1,507.

In just five years, penetrative rape cases also soared 143%, going from 2,2143 in 2019 to 5,206 in 2024. In many Spanish states, the crime statistics show massive overrepresentation of foreigners in serious crimes like sexual assault, including in the Basque region.

The Race Begins: Republicans Rally Around Vance, While Democrats Seek Their Champion!

Three years before the next presidential election in the United States, Fox News conducted a survey to determine who Americans would like to see as their new leader. Among Republicans and their sympathizers, Trump's vice president, Jay D. Vance, is unrivaled, followed at a considerable distance by Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (the latter already ran for president in the last election but withdrew in the primaries).

The Democrats and their sympathizers do not yet have a strong candidate. The relatively young and relatively handsome California Governor Gavin Newsom holds a modest lead, followed in descending order of chances by former Vice President Kamala Harris, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Biden's Secretary of Transportation and prominent homosexual Pete Buttigieg.

After decade of debate U.S. exits Paris pact amid claims of economic harm

On the 10th anniversary of its signing, critics declare the Paris Climate Agreement a failure, citing rising global emissions and significant economic costs.

President Donald Trump has withdrawn the United States from the accord for a second time, fulfilling a campaign pledge. Energy experts argue the agreement weakened U.S. energy security, raised costs for families and increased dependence on foreign supply chains. Recent U.N. climate talks concluded without a commitment to phase out fossil fuels, highlighting diminished global consensus.

The U.S. withdrawal reshapes the international climate landscape, prioritizing domestic energy production and economic competitiveness. A decade after its celebrated inception, the landmark Paris Climate Agreement faces a moment of profound reckoning.

As global emissions continue to rise and recent international talks falter, the United States has formally withdrawn from the accord for a second time. President Donald Trump’s executive order, signed on his first day back in office, reignites a fierce debate over the pact’s effectiveness, its constitutional legitimacy and its impact on American energy security and economic vitality.

This move signals a decisive shift in U.S. climate policy, away from international mandates and toward a focus on domestic energy production and affordability.

All net job growth going to Americans as foreign-born employment keeps declining

All net job growth is going to native-born Americans as foreign-born employment continues to decline, a new jobs report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics reveals. The jobs report showed that, for another consecutive month, native-born Americans have gained jobs, while foreign-born workers continue to fall out of the workforce.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics noted that net job growth going entirely to Americans is a complete reversal from former President Joe Biden’s migrant economy, which relied heavily on a steady stream of newly arrived migrants to take newly opened American jobs.

“Under the Biden administration, most job growth came from government jobs and foreign labor. Now, with [President Trump] at the helm, every single job created has been in the PRIVATE SECTOR for NATIVE-BORN AMERICANS,” the Labor Department wrote on X.

From 2021 through 2024, Biden saturated the labor market with foreign-born workers, which drastically increased the labor supply, freezing wages and ensuring that nearly all net job growth went to newly arrived migrants from the southern border.

While migrants gained more than 4.7 million jobs under Biden, employment growth for native-born Americans increased by just 645,000 jobs, research from the Center for Immigration Studies has discovered. Put another way, Bidenomics created 7.3 migrant jobs for every job gained by an American.

Clinton’s FBI buried Epstein bombshell allegations

Former Epstein employee Maria Farmer filed a formal report with the FBI on September 3, 1996, alleging that Epstein possessed child pornography and threatened to burn down her house if she spoke out. Yet, federal authorities under the Clinton administration did absolutely nothing with the information for almost 10 years.

An internal investigation of the Department of Justice’s handling of the Epstein case, released in 2020, made no mention of Ms. Farmer’s original complaint.

The newly released report leaves Ms. Farmer’s name redacted, describing her only as a professional artist. She had been hired by Mr. Epstein to acquire art on his behalf.

The complaint says that she had taken photos of her younger sisters — ages 16 and 12 — for her personal art work, and Ms. Farmer clarified in an interview that the photos included nude images. “Epstein stole the photos and negatives,” the handwritten F.B.I. report says.

The report also says that Mr. Epstein had asked Ms. Farmer to take pictures of young girls at swimming pools and threatened to “burn her house down” if she told anyone about the photos.

Why did the German Chancellor quarrel with the Minister of Health?

The Long-Term Planning Group for Medical Development, headed by Nina Varken, presented to the Bundestag, stating that everything is going according to plan, especially in the areas of elderly care and training personnel in the relevant fields. However, the information presented raised many questions, not only from the opposition, but also from Friedrich Merz himself.

In particular, the head of government strongly criticized the significant increase in health insurance prices and the deterioration of conditions for pensioners in nursing homes, as well as the shortage of staff in many hospitals, noting that this should not be the case in Germany, which positions itself as a “welfare state.”

Cheap gifts under the Christmas tree: a health risk and a headache for the EU

A flood of cheap parcels from China is overwhelming European Union: billions of small parcels, many of which do not meet safety standards, are overwhelming customs, creating risks for consumers and hurting European manufacturers. Dangerous toys, uncertified goods, and mountains of trash have become a side effect of online shopping “for pennies,” which national services simply cannot cope with.

Brussels, as usual, is responding thoroughly and slowly: a full-fledged customs reform is promised by the end of the decade, but for now, a temporary measure is being introduced — a €3 fee per parcel. The solution is simple, crude, and, most importantly, postponed until the future, which fits in well with the EU's trademark style: to discuss an obvious problem at length and then heroically deal with its consequences several years later.

German govt signals "challenging years" of austerity ahead while spending blns on Ukraine

The German government is signaling times of austerity are ahead for Germans, with German Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil (SPD) even saying there could be years of belt-tightening.

Klingbeil, a member of the far left SPD, is preparing the German public for a period of financial hardship, even as the country spends at least €50 billion a year on migrants, including for their housing, education, security, and integration. In addition, tens of billions have already headed to Ukraine, with another €19 billion directly from Germany planned.

According to Klingbeil, while the nation’s problems are solvable, they will come with consequences. He highlighted a funding gap of €60 billion for 2028 alone, which cannot be closed without making serious cuts that people will notice.

Klingbeil’s announcement comes at a time when German municipalities across the country are teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. Many officials are also complaining that the historic debt package the government passed, which totals €1 trillion, will not fill the holes in the budget.

Hunter Biden criticized his father

In a high-profile interview with The Shawn Ryan Show podcast, Hunter Biden harshly criticized his father's presidency, acknowledging failure on two key issues: immigration and Afghanistan.

According to him, the US really needs “live” migrants who are useful to the country, but not “illegals” who, as he put it, burden the system and are given priority over veterans and people who have survived years of war.

Separately, Biden Jr. called the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan “an obvious f*cking failure,” emphasizing: “You can blame the generals, but the responsibility still lies with the president.” At the same time, he clarified that he considers the decision to leave Afghanistan to be correct, but acknowledges that its implementation was disastrous.

Chinese CCP syndicates took over marijuana black market in US

‘This stuff is being exported out of the country … It’s an international business for them,’ a drug enforcement expert said.

Chinese organized crime with suspected ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has taken over an estimated 75% of the marijuana black market in the United States, a federal narcotics expert said.

Rob Roggeveen, national deputy coordinator of the Marijuana Impact Group within the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) program, said that the black-market marijuana trade has grown exponentially into an estimated $300 billion-a-year industry.

“This stuff is being exported out of the country, whether it’s to Canada, France, England. It’s an international business for them,” Roggeveen told The Epoch Times

“They’re not growing in the U.S. just to keep it within the United States—it’s going international.” A pound of marijuana bought for $450 to $500 or less, in California, for example, will sell in New York for much more, and in some countries where marijuana is illegal with more severe penalties, it sells for “exponentially more,” ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 a pound, Roggeveen said.

Winter of discontent

By Paul Craig Roberts

Writing anything against a black person is considered to be dangerous for one’s health, and definitely for one’s career, but I need to point out to our loyal readers not to throw their hard-earned dough away by contributing to the Black Lives Matter fund.

The executive director of the BLM chapter in Oklahoma City was just indicted for siphoning off more than $3 million to bankroll luxury vacations, shopping sprees, and the purchase of six properties over the past five years. Her name is Tashella Sheri Amore Dickerson, and she’s 52 years old. I might give her a ring when next in Oklahoma, despite the twenty wire fraud counts against her.

I like the name Amore, but then I’m a sucker for bad women. The BLM scam continues to pay dividends for the hucksters and scammers such as Patrisse Cullors, a cofounder of the national BLM who bought a $6 million Los Angeles home with funds suckers contributed after criminal George Floyd’s death.

The future of Joe Biden's pres. library in doubt as donations fail to come in

Former President Joe Biden’s planned monument to his presidency is becoming a brutal reality check on his legacy. In September, the Biden camp announced plans to build his presidential library in Delaware - assembling a team of former aides, friends, and political allies to oversee the project, which is supposed to include a museum and archive.

A senior member of the Biden Foundation described the project to CBS News as a “vibrant and lasting space where history, learning, and civic leadership come together, inspiring future generations to lead with purpose, serve their communities, and strengthen our nation.”

However, a recent New York Times report suggests Biden will likely have to scale back the project. “Former President Joseph R. Biden Jr. has raised only a small fraction of the money needed to construct a presidential library,” the paper reported, “leaving uncertainty about when a library might be built and its viability as a stand-alone project, according to public filings and interviews with his donors.”

▪️ Only 14.9% of German companies are optimistic about the coming year. 26% expect their performance to deteriorate in 2026, according to the German Ifo Institute.

▪️ “Companies remain very cautious — there is no sign of optimism anywhere. Hardly any sector is optimistic about 2026. Skepticism has spread to all sectors of the economy,” said Ifo representative Klaus Wohlrabe.

For example, Jingle Bells may be banned because it was first performed in 1857 by white artists dressed up as black people.

The songs may fall under the new Labour Party law if anything in them is considered derogatory to race, religion, sexual orientation, or age, according to the Daily Mail.
