A criminal illegal alien semi-truck driver who obtained a CDL in California, killed two people in Bend, Oregon, last week after jackknifing the trailer.

Per the DHS: On November 24, 2025, Rajinder Kumar, a criminal illegal alien from India, jackknifed his semi-truck and trailer blocking both lanes of U.S. Highway 20. A Subaru Outback collided with the semi-truck, tragically killing both the driver, William Micah Carter, and passenger, Jennifer Lynn Lower.

Kumar entered the U.S. illegally near Lukeville, Arizona on November 28, 2022, and was released into the country by the Biden administration. The illegal alien was issued a commercial driver’s license from Gavin Newsom’s California and given a work authorization in 2023 by the Biden administration.

Kumar is currently housed at the Deschutes County jail pending charges for criminally negligent homicide and reckless endangering.  Since Oregon is a sanctuary state, ICE will make all necessary efforts to bring Kumar into custody should he be released from custody. In October, an illegal alien semi-truck driver from India killed three people in Southern California in a fiery crash.

Rep. Senator born outside United States proposes law to prohibit Americans from holding dual citizenship

Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH) has introduced legislation to prohibit Americans from holding dual citizenship. The Ohio Republican’s bill, called the Exclusive Citizenship Act of 2025, would require any U.S. citizen who has foreign citizenship to choose between the two countries. Moreno was born in Colombia and renounced his Colombian citizenship.

“One of the greatest honors of my life was when I became an American citizen at 18, the first opportunity I could do so,” Moreno said.

“It was an honor to pledge an Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America and ONLY to the United States of America! Being an American citizen is an honor and a privilege—and if you want to be an American, it’s all or nothing. It’s time to end dual citizenship for good,” he continued.

While the U.S. government doesn’t keep statistics on dual citizens, it’s estimated that over 40 million Americans, many of whom are Mexican-Americans, are eligible for dual citizenship, according to International Living.

Homeless man attacks NYU Student on her way class

A 20-year-old New York University student was violently assaulted from behind while walking to class on Lower Manhattan’s Broadway on Monday morning.

The alleged victim, Amelia Lewis, posted on TikTok about the broad daylight assault, telling her followers that she was listening to music through headphones shortly before 9:30 a.m. when a man struck her forcefully, grabbed her by the hair, and threw her to the sidewalk before fleeing.

“As I’m walking, like with my headphones on listening to music, I feel something slap me so hard, like literally on my ass,” a visibly distressed Lewis explained. “And I was like, ‘Oh my God, oh that hurts so bad!’ I thought it was like one of my friends. I was gonna turn around and be like, ‘Oh, that hurt so bad, why did you do that?’

What is Wrong With Democrats?!

Some people are stupid, some people are ignorant, and other people are Democrats. Democrats are an ever-changing combination of the two, and there are few things as dangerous as someone who is an ignorant idiot who is also arrogant.

Democrats aren’t interested in what they don’t know, do not think there is anything they are not an expert on, and aren’t interested in being educated on what they don’t understand because they refuse to accept the concept that there could be anything they do not. It leads to a group of people who are dangerously broken and hell-bent on inflicting damage on Americans who will not obey them and the country we love.

It is impossible for illegal aliens to be “law-abiding,” as their existence in this country is law-breaking. But this is the idiocy we’re dealing with and the dishonesty of Democrats. They choose the terms and the meaning of those terms to benefit themselves exclusively.

This is how Democrats operate. Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, a politician whose resting face gives the impression that her inner monologue is “duh,” recently celebrated the “first house rebuilt” in the Palisades after last January’s wild fires.

Forget the fact that those fires were set by a leftist lunatic and exacerbated by the incompetence of local Democrats who allowed water reserves and fire hydrants to dry out, and think about the fact that it is almost a whole year later and only one “house” has been rebuilt.

The UK may have killed the electric car market

The UK has introduced a tax for every kilometer driven by car. Currently, it is 3 pence per mile and is paid by electric car owners. A trip to visit relatives who live three hours away will now cost an additional £10.

For plug-in hybrids, it will be 1.5 pence per mile in addition to the new vehicle excise duty from April 2028.

Swiss Man Jailed for FB Comment About Trans Ideology

A man from Switzerland has been handed a prison sentence for posting a comment on Facebook that supposedly denigrated trans people. On December 2, Emanuel Brünisholz, a musical instrument maker from Burgdorf in Canton Berne, started a 10-day sentence in a Swiss prison after he declined to pay a fine for his remarks online.

Andrea Seaman, manager of NGO Bündnis Redefreiheit (Alliance for Freedom of Speech) said: “A man goes to prison for telling the truth. The law which is supposed to protect freedom was used here to undermine it.

“If Swiss people do not want to live in a society where courts enforce intellectual conformity to trans ideology, this case must be a wake-up call. It is time for Switzerland to rise up against this unscientific, anti-freedom nonsense.”

In December 2022, Brünisholz had commented under a Facebook post by a conservative Swiss MP:

Defiant Conservatives Gathered to Struggle for Europe

The Mathias Corvinus Collegium’s (MCC) two-day Battle for the Soul of Europe conference attendees gathered in Brussels to challenge what they call “the elite”.

As the European Union’s machinery is struggling with scandals, a war and a declining economy, hundreds of conservatives from both sides of the Atlantic are in the EU capital.

In the meantime, the MCC appears to have grown into the most prominent conservative think-tank in the Brussels bubble and beyond.

It was able to assemble a wide variety of guests, a mix of academics, intellectuals, politicians, journalists and other public thinkers to discuss the future of Europe, or the way out of today’s Europe, which, according to them, is on the road to ruin.

Norman Lewis, visiting research fellow with MCC Brussels, talked about his research on how European institutions, foundations and academic institutions were unaccountable and empowered to decide what truth and disinformation is, and what people can and cannot say.

Lewis warned of plans to “prebunk on scale”, an AI-driven algorithm from Google that detects so-called hate speech and neutralises it with pre-emptive counter messaging. Or, in his words, the attempt “to control what people think before they have a chance to even think it”.

TSA Implements Fee for Travelers Without Real ID

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has announced plans to charge U.S. air travelers who do not possess a Real ID, passport, or other form of approved identification a $45 fee beginning on February 1, 2026.

While travelers who lack a Real ID or passport can still fly, they will be required to use the agency’s Confirm.ID system for identity verification, the cost of which will be covered by the fee.

According to TSA Chief of Staff Adam Stahl, the fee is intended as a mechanism to ensure that air travelers, and not U.S. taxpayers at large, provide the funding for Confirm.ID verification. After paying the $45 fee and undergoing verification, a passenger’s identity will be confirmed for a period of 10 days.

Implemented as a TSA travel requirement in May of 2025, Real ID is a federally compliant state driver’s license, learner’s permit, or non-driver ID card that displays a black or gold star in the upper right corner.

Passengers without these IDs will be directed to the Confirm.ID process during check-in at TSA security checkpoints. This process involves answering a series of questions to verify identity, after which a receipt is issued to present to screening agents.
