Dear Passengers,
We value your comfort and have always aimed to provide thoughtful services, including ONE HOUR FREE AIRCON IN THE VENUE PARKING. However, fuel prices have risen sharply this March 2026.
According to the Department of Energy, gasoline rices are increasing by PHP 7.00 - PHP 13.00 per liter, while diesel is rising by PHP 17.50 - PHP 24.25 per liter. These adjustments are being implemented nationwide due to global supply disruptions.
Because of these significant increases, we can no longer sustain the free air-condition use for one hour inside your shuttles without affecting overall operations.
To avoid disrupting our operations and to avoid increasing our prices for this tour, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue this “one hour a/c use in the parking” inclusion.
You will be allowed to hang out at your shuttle for an hour without a/c use if you need to rest, but we can no longer allow the use of the a/c if the vehicle is parked.
We hope you understand that this change is necessary to keep our tour’s fuel supply manageable for this coming tour. And until we see improvements in fuel prices, the discontinuation of this inclusion will be carried out to all upcoming shuttle tours.
Our priority remains delivering a safe and reliable shuttle service for all our passengers.

We are always grateful for the trust you place in us. Every journey we share is important to us, and we strive to keep your travel experience as smooth and affordable as possible.
Unfortunately, the current fuel crisis has made this more difficult. The Department of Energy (DOE) recently reported sharp increases in fuel prices, with diesel rising by ₱20.40–₱23.90 per liter (now exceeding ₱100 per liter), gasoline increasing by ₱12.90–₱16.60 per liter, and kerosene by ₱6.90–₱8.90 per liter. These unprecedented hikes, driven by global oil market instability and regional conflicts, have placed heavy strain on transport operations across the country.
To continue serving you reliably, we need to require a minimal additional fee for each passenger based on route and vehicle size:
₱50 for NCR van passengers
₱60 for provincial van passengers
₱75 for all bus passengers
Please see the attached image to see where your unit code falls under, so you know which fee applies to you.
We kept these amounts as low as possible, covering only the most essential fuel costs and nothing more.
We truly apologize for this last-minute expense. We held out as long as we could and attempted to absorb the hike, hoping fuel prices would stabilize, but absorbing further based on recent increases would now put our operations at risk.
You may settle the fee at NLET UPON ARRIVAL or BEFORE YOUR RETURN TRIP. At NLET we accept EXACT CASH, GCASH only.

🚘 By default we will wait up to 45 minutes after the last song for you to get to your shuttle. But if you text / call in case something delays you or is wrong, we will wait. But if no response or no show within 45 minutes, the shuttle will leave. You may leave sooner if you are complete right away.
🚦 Expect congestion at the bottleneck of the Ciudad de Victoria bridge and NLEX Bocaue. Exiting at the peak post-concert time can take 45 minutes to 1 hour and a half depending on the volume of vehicles.
👜 As you board your shuttles, please tidy up your belongings while parked. Please ensure all your belongings are in your bag so you don't leave anything when you get back to your point of origin. If you leave any item in your shuttle, we can arrange for return, but the passenger / owner of the item will shoulder the courier fee.
🛑 At night, stopovers are a little busier, so we strongly discourage stopovers going back. Please go to the bathroom before leaving NLET.
🛑 We will only allow authorized / previously approved additional drop-offs going back to your point of origin. Strictly no spontaneous requests to drop you off somewhere that isn't planned.

This is a gentle reminder that most of our TwoTeenTours TTTeam Members are practicing Christians and Roman Catholics. That said, most of us will be away observing this time of prayer, rest, and reflection starting today until Easter Sunday on April 05.
