This ROM is Lineage based and does not change that impl and keep it, but our device officially supports legacy one. Legacy device now having udfps flashbang. To address it, I will momentarily revert the LOS new framework dimming, and put the old one. When adding new device support, please use old dimming values for overlays.

The 2by2 Project Core Team has decided to abolish the "OFFICIAL" and "COMMUNITY" (aka UNOFFICIAL) builds.

As for the 2by2 Project, it originally began as a personal hobby, so I do not place a high priority on quality. I build for learning purposes, and as long as it works on my device and is usable on a daily basis, that is sufficient for me.

If you feel there are too many bugs, please consider switching to another custom ROM.

Since AOSP and LineageOS are open source, the source code will continue to be publicly available, and you will always be able to try building it yourself.
To support learning about builds and to facilitate information exchange within the community, we are establishing a new group called "2by2 Project | Build Support".

Hmm, unfortunately, 2by2 Project × Pixel OS-based builds may experience some instability at times.
Of course, you can still switch to a Lineage-based build, but in the long run, it’s better not to rely too much on Lineage services or HALs.
Instead, shifting to AOSP implementations will be more sustainable and maintainable.
2by2 Project, and our trees is still my labs and will continue working towards this transition whenever possible.
