▪️ On Saturday, Russian troops launched a missile strike against the location of the AFU's 383rd Separate UAV Regiment at #Khmelnitsky. The facility was allegedly used to store strike and reconnaissance drones.

To the north of the village, Russian fighters have taken one of the heights, advancing deep into the AFU defences.
➖ In addition, the "Wagnerians" expanded their zone of control in the #Stupki area. This has improved the tactical position of the RF Armed Forces on the northern outskirts of #Bakhmut.

In the capital of the DPR, a massive strike from the Grad MLRS damaged more than 15 houses and many administrative buildings, the Central Market, educational institutions and the prosecutor's office building. At least nine people were injured.
➖ Petrovsky district is partially de-energised due to damage to eight transformer stations.

▪️ In the #Sumy - #Kursk direction, artillery duels continued. The enemy claimed 106 sorties in the #Sumy region.
▪️ In the #Kupyansk and #Svatovo - #Kremennaya front sections the fighting continues.
▪️ In the #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) direction, the Wagner PMCs are moving from #Yagodne to the southwest towards #Artyomovskoye (formerly #Khromovo), seeking to create a threat to encircle the city.

▪️ From the #Kherson region, our troops report preparation of another enemy SRG to land on our bank of the #Dnieper River.

🔹#Starobelsk Direction:
▪️ There is positional fighting all along the line of contact. The enemy is attempting to attack Russian positions on the eastern bank of the #Oskol River in #Olshana and Liman Pervy with no apparent success. Russian artillery is working on the AFU strongholds in #Kupyansk.
➖ In the vicinity of Balka Zhuravka, the situation remains steadily tense. Russian fighters conduct reconnaissance in force and suppress the identified Ukrainian positions.

▪️ Wagner PMC assault squads are advancing towards the village of #Artyomovskoye (Khromovo), capturing enemy strongholds. The enemy blew up a bridge over the canal near the 8th Stavka pond on the outskirts of the settlement after the withdrawal of its units.
▪️ In #Bakhmut itself, Ukrainian formations continue to hold the defence. There are heavy street battles for every house in all parts of the town.
➖ In the north, the "Wagnerians" managed to advance towards Rechnaya Street, taking control of several buildings. On the approach to the Artyomovsk Metal Processing Plant fighting is taking place in the area of the First Rechnoy (River) Lane.
➖ In the west, assault squads cleared Artyomovsk Meat Processing Plant from the remnants of Ukrainian militants in the area of Zabakhmutka. The retreating enemy units blew up a bridge over the Bakhmutka River, leaving for slaughter those units that did not manage to escape from the encirclement.
➖ In the south, Wagner fighters occupied the Forest Cooperative and expanded their control zone on the approaches to the Mariupol cemetery.
▪️ Southwest of the city, the Wagner assault squads managed to seize an enemy stronghold west of #Krasnoye. Heavy fighting for control of the #Bakhmut - #Konstantinovka trunk road continues.
🔹#Lugansk People's Republic:
▪️ Ukrainian terror formations fired rockets from Grad MLRS at civilian facilities in #Kremennaya. Residential buildings were damaged, information on casualties is being clarified.
🔹#Donetsk Direction:
▪️ A Russian Su-34 attack aircraft went down near #Yenakievo. Both pilots successfully ejected, taking the plane into the field to avoid casualties among the population. The cause of the crash is not known for certain. It could have been either a technical malfunction or "friendly" air defence fire.
▪️ The Ukrainian terrorist formations continue indiscriminate shelling of populated areas in the #Donetsk People's Republic.
➖ In the capital of the DPR, residential buildings in the Kievsky district have been hit, one man was wounded.
➖ In #Khartsyzsk, a HIMARS MLRS strike damaged the Silur steel-wire plant. At least two people were injured.

🔹#Russia's Border Areas:
▪️ In the #Kursk region, Ukrainian terrorist formations shelled #Volfino and #Krasnooktyabrsky settlements. As a result of the strike, there are problems with electricity supply in the settlements, but without casualties among the population.
▪️ In the #Belgorod region, the AFU terrorists shelled the villages of #Butyrki and #Shchetinovka, damaging a school, a farm building and a power transmission line. No civilian casualties were reported.
🔹#Soledar (#Bakhmut) Direction (MAP):
▪️ Wagner PMC assault squads are breaking the enemy's defenses on the approaches to #Bogdanovka and #Khromovo, as well as in the areas of Ilyinovka, Sobachevka and Budenovka in #Bakhmut. As a result of the fighting, about two dozen enemy strongholds have been captured.
▪️ At the same time, Ukrainian formations began to leave the city towards Chasov Yar through the country roads between #Krasnoye and #Khromovo.
➖ Two combined groups that attempted to exit via #Krasnoye were destroyed by Wagner PMC fighters while trying to retreat. A total of up to 30 Ukrainian militants have been killed and more than 60 wounded.

The Grey Zone channel published footage of wreckage of the AGM-114C Hellfire anti-tank guided missile found somewhere on the Kinburn peninsula. The missile was launched from a Swedish-made Robotsystem 17 (RBS-17) land-based launcher.
RBS-17 is an anti-ship system for countering surface targets. It is based on the AGM-114C Hellfire anti-ship missile system adapted for use from a land-based launcher. The effective range in this case is no more than ten kilometres.
🔹Given the rather short Range, the launch was made somewhere in the vicinity of #Ochakov and the nearby coast of the #Dnieper-Bug estuary. And the Hellfires themselves were supplied in one of the military aid packages from Norway.
The Hellfires are equipped with a laser semi-active homing head and without additional illumination on the target by special devices the missile will not reach the target.
🔹What is the Illumination in this Area?
Back in August last year, the White House announced the transfer of ScanEagle drones to the AFU. The small and compact UAVs are equipped with a laser designator and can stay in the air for more than 20 hours.
Just a few weeks ago ScanEagle systems were supplied to the South centre of Ukraine's Special Forces (former 73 Maritime Special Operations Centre), which perform aerial reconnaissance near the Kinburn peninsula on an almost daily basis.
Bayraktars with similar capabilities are periodically flown near #Ochakov. The command of the Special Forces Centre in #Ochakov also engages SRGs on small boats along the estuary and in Yegorlytsky Bay. Therefore, the AFU has no problem with targeting.
🔹Given the active Preparation of the AFU for a counterattack, in the near future we should expect an increase in sabotage attempts on the Kinburn Peninsula, including the use of American ATGMs.

Ukrainian formations continue preparations for the spring campaign along the entire frontline. In #Kherson region, the activity of the AFU on the right bank of the #Dnieper has increased. The number of mortar shelling has increased and additional forces have been redeployed to the line of contact.
🔹What exactly is happening along the #Dnieper?
▪️ Several columns of military equipment with personnel have been observed moving from the area of Krivoy Rog to the south along the highway to #Berislav. And all this was carried out at night.
▪️ At least one S-300 SAM launcher was moved from #Bashtanka to #Snigirevka and the surrounding area. An infantry battalion on 15 armoured vehicles of unknown type was moved from #Nikolayev to #Luparevo.
▪️ In #Ochakov, near the coastline of the #Dnieper-Bug Estuary, more than 100 people and five light armored vehicles are stationed at several recreation centers.
▪️ Long-range artillery firing positions are set up along the #Dnieper River in various settlements, including #Ochakov, #Luparevo, #Kherson and #Berislav. Forced evacuation of local residents from #Stanislav to #Koblevo, west of #Ochakov, has been carried out.
▪️ In addition, a split point on the #Snigirevka-#Kherson railway line was commissioned at #Galaganovka station to increase the throughput capacity to #Kherson.
🔹 The Preparation of the AFU Assault Groups is currently being completed. Personnel and equipment are being concentrated in settlements near the line of contact, while civilians are being forcibly removed to other towns and placed in tourist camps.
According to the Ukrainian commanders, crossing the river is a necessary step for a successful offensive with a broad front, as it will allow the Russian forces on the left bank of the #Dnieper to be constrained, despite the potential losses.
The objective of the initial strike from the right bank of the #Dnieper is to divert the attention of the RF Armed Forces by using the length of the river to their advantage.
📌 In the Long Term, AFU units intend to entrench themselves in one section of the #Dnieper basin and use the bridgehead to develop a simultaneous attack on #Crimea from #Kherson and #Orekhov in #Zaporozhye region.
The most likely sites are the #Kinburn Peninsula, #Kherson and Nova Kakhovka because of convenient terrain for both manpower and equipment. That is where the engineers of the 808th Pontoon Bridge Regiment are stationed.
Given the increased activity of both Ukrainian infantry and information and psychological operations 👉 forces, an attack on Russian army positions in the #Kherson region is possible in the coming weeks. And, first and foremost, it will be aimed at creating a negative background in the run-up to Victory Day on May 9.

Strategic aviation was involved. The alarm sounded closer to 6am Moscow time. The enemy claimed to have shot down our aircraft, but later the only official who published unreliable information deleted this report. The enemy's air defence probably "destroyed" a false target used by the RF Armed Forces.
▪️ In the #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) sector, the destruction of Nazis in Chasov Yar has intensified, with evacuations from the city underway.
➖ The head of the Wagner PMC has confirmed earlier information that positions in the city will be handed over to units of the RF Armed Forces on 25 May, the PMC is leaving for field camps to be re-formed and re-staffed.
▪️ In the #Avdeyevka sector, the RF Armed Forces are expanding their zone of control north of #Krasnogorovka.

🔴 The RF Armed Forces carried out overnight strikes with Geraniums, KABs and missile weapons against enemy targets in #Odessa, #Dnepropetrovsk, #Ochakov, #Zaporozhye, #Orekhov, #Kharkov and #Kherson region. Strategic aviation was involved. The alarm sounded closer to 6am Moscow time. The enemy claimed to have shot down our aircraft, but later the only official who published unreliable information deleted this report. The enemy's air defence probably "destroyed" a false target used by the RF Armed Forces.
▪️ In the #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) sector, the destruction of Nazis in Chasov Yar has intensified, with evacuations from the city underway.
➖ The head of the Wagner PMC has confirmed earlier information that positions in the city will be handed over to units of the RF Armed Forces on 25 May, the PMC is leaving for field camps to be re-formed and re-staffed.
▪️ In the #Avdeyevka sector, the RF Armed Forces are expanding their zone of control north of #Krasnogorovka.

Aviation struck an enemy beach in the #Kherson region.
▪️ In the #Kupyansk direction, the RF Armed Forces reported successful offensive actions. Our troops have occupied the #Novoselovskoye settlement.

▪️ The RF Armed Forces hit a military equipment storage site in #Kherson in the dark. An ammunition depot in the west of Krivoy Rog was destroyed, and local residents reported secondary detonations at the site. Explosions were heard at the #Kulbakino Airfield and in the town of #Ochakov in the #Nikolayev region. Explosions were reported at an ammunition depot in #Kramatorsk. Enemy air defence worked on "Geraniums" in #Nikolayev, #Kirovograd, #Vinnitsa and #Cherkassy regions. The enemy is systematically being destroyed by FABs on the enemy bank of the #Dnieper and on the line of contact on the #Zaporozhye front.
▪️ In the #Kherson direction, the strikes by our FABs are intensive in connection with the intensification of enemy troop movements. In the second echelon the AFU are also pulling troops. An attempt of a massive enemy landing via #Kazatsky Island to Novaya Kakhovka is expected. Kazatsky Island to Novaya Kakhovka. ▪️At night, the RF Forces hit enemy targets in the Nikolaev and Odessa regions . Explosions occurred in #Odessa , #Dachnoe, #Vilkovo, #Izmail district, port of #Ochakov. Local residents again noted the incorrect operation of enemy air defense; Ukrainian missiles with a disrupted flight path were caught on video.
▪️#Zaporozhye front, the enemy concentrated fire on our positions northwest of the village #Verbovoye, cluster munitions and a large number of kamikaze drones are used. The main losses of our forces are associated precisely with enemy artillery fire. Nevertheless, the RF Forces managed to carry out counter-offensive actions and knock the enemy out of their strongholds. There has been an increase in the use of #Krasnopol precision-guided ammunition by the Russian Army. The autumn thaw has begun: enemy infantry is moving on pickup trucks, and Western-made armored vehicles have begun to be seen less frequently.

▪️ The RF Armed Forces struck enemy facilities in #Kharkov, the #Kherson region, #Izmail in the #Odessa region, #Ochakov in the #Nikolayev region and #Uman in the #Cherkassy region during the night.
▪️ In the #Avdeyevka direction, the offensive of the RF Armed Forces continues. By the evening it was reported that south of #Avdeyevka a section of the railway south of the former recreation centre "Tsarskaya Okhota", which the AFU had turned into a fortification before the war, had been taken under control. The fighting is taking place near the village of #Berdychi and in the village of #Stepovoye (#Petrovskoye), and the "slagheap" on the northwestern outskirts of #Avdeyevka has been occupied. All day there were heavy bloody battles, since morning our artillery and aviation worked closely.
▪️ On the #Zaporozhye front the RF Armed Forces continue to destroy the enemy, who are sending forward small groups of infantry. Our barrel and rocket artillery and heavy flamethrower systems are working.

There is an opinion that the enemy will attempt to connect the three springboards - Antonovsky Bridge - Cossack Camps - Krynki - may be a diversionary maneuver. Whereas in the #Ochakov sector the AFU are amassing much larger forces. Every night, they conduct reconnaissance of the coastal strip in the area of the Kinburn Spit, #Pokrovskoye and on the islands.
🔹In #Zaporozhye Direction, the AFU are working on fortifications. At these lines the enemy is preparing for defence. And the AFU reserves are sent to other directions. Our army, without wasting time, is intensifying attacks on the flanks of #Rabotino. Artillery duels continue.

The strike is not the first, apparently the enemy has restored some of the production facilities. There were also reported about arrivals in #Ochakov in the #Nikolayev region, at least five explosions were in #Kharkov.
▪️ In the #Kherson direction, the enemy is increasing its efforts near #Krynki: replenishing personnel and trying to expand the zone of control. Yesterday there was information about the enemy's intentions to organise a new landing from another section of the front from the #Dnieper estuary to the #Kinburn peninsula. The attention of our observation points was focused on detecting enemy boats. The aviation of the RF Armed Forces is increasing the use of FAB with UMPC against enemy targets and concentrations of personnel.
▪️ On the #Zaporozhye front, the AFU made another attempt to break through west of #Rabotino in the morning, but artillerymen and FPV drone operators struck the enemy infantry in a timely manner. In the afternoon, the enemy conducted an artillery preparation on our positions near #Verbovoye and attempted to occupy them. Using small arms fire, units of the RF Armed Forces dispersed the enemy infantry and launched a counterattack, occupying several enemy strongholds.
▪️ On the #Vremyevka ledge, fighting is taking place near #Staromayorskoye and #Urozhaynoye, our troops are methodically pushing through the enemy's defence.
▪️ In the #Avdeyevka sector, there is fighting near the Coke Plant and in the area of #Stepovoye. The artillery and aviation of the Russian Army are constantly striking at the enemy who have taken refuge on the territory of the plant.

▪️ Since evening, Geranium UAVs carried out strikes in #Odessa and #Nikolayev regions, explosions were heard in #Uman, #Cherkassy region, and drones were recorded over #Kirovograd region. In the morning, missile strikes were launched against facilities in #Kharkov region and in #Ochakov (#Nikolayev region).
▪️ In the #Kherson direction, the situation has not changed; there is fighting in #Krynki, and both sides are also hitting each other's facilities in the rear. There are reports that the enemy may be preparing for landings in new areas, which may well be another radio game.
▪️ On the #Zaporozhye front four enemy attacks were repelled in the #Rabotino - #Verbovoye section. At #Rabotino our troops, having repelled the enemy's advance, after artillery preparation counterattacked and occupied some positions of the AFU. 🔹 In the #Kherson direction, the enemy tried to land on the #Tendrovskaya Spit (southwestern outskirts of the region). He involved up to 30 people and several boats from the Special Operations South Center (previously the 73rd Marine Special Operations Center, #Ochakov). As a result of heavy fire from our troops, 3 boats sank, 1 ended up on the shore with the corpses of enemy commandos. Clashes continue in #Krynki. In the area of the so-called "dachas" near the #Antonovsky Bridge, the AFU settled in small groups in houses, it does not work to disassemble them with artillery, more powerful means of destruction are needed.

🎯 During the night, for three hours, the RFAF carried out Geranium UAV strikes against enemy targets in the #Odessa and #Nikolayev regions. Explosions were reported near #Zatoka in the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky district and in #Ochakov.
🔹In the #Kharkov region, the creation of a buffer zone continues. Our troops are advancing with heavy fighting towards #Liptsy and in #Volchansk. There is a constant fire attack with heavy weapons, more and more footage of Ukrainian prisoners is appearing.
🔹From the #Seversk sector, footage of our heavy flamethrower systems striking #Belogorovka has been widely circulated,👇with a number of sources reporting successes there.
