⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦🎯 On the massive Ukrainian UAV raid on #Russia on the Night of August 2023⚡️
🗓 Last night, Ukrainian formations used drones to attack Russian rear facilities. Air defence and electronic warfare units neutralised the drones over the territories of at least six regions.
🔹#Pskov was subjected to the most massive attack. The enemy launched 21 drones at the civil military airfield. Despite intercepting most of the UAVs, some reached their intended targets. Four Il-76 Military Transport Aircraft were damaged (two units caught fire and it is difficult to say whether they can be recovered).
🔹In #Kaluga region, one unit was destroyed over the territory of the Sukhinichsky district, while the second hit an empty oil product tank in the Dzerzhinsky district, the resulting fire was promptly extinguished.
🔹In the #Bryansk region, seven aircraft-type drones were intercepted. The debris fell on the 16th building of the Kremny EL Plant, the largest manufacturer of microelectronics. The building of the Investigative Committee in the Sovetsky district was also damaged.
🔹In addition, air defence systems destroyed two vehicles over the territories of the #Ryazan and #Orel regions. And on the outskirts of #Moscow, electronic warfare units suppressed a drone in the Ruzsky district, having lost control, it crashed into a tree in the village of #Lukino.
🔹There were also reports of air defence equipment operating in the #Sevastopol Bay area, but this information was not confirmed. It is most likely that the sounds of air defence were mistaken for air strikes by the Black Sea Fleet aircraft against Ukrainian boats with sabotage groups attempting to land.

▪️ Geran UAVs hit targets in #Sumy, #Kharkov and #Chernigov regions this night. A military facility in #Kherson was struck overnight. Military pilots report the use of a new X-BD cruise missile with a range of 6,500 kilometres against targets in #Kupyansk and a bridge over the #Dnieper River in #Dnepropetrovsk. They report the destruction of an AFU crossing of the #Oskol River in the #Kupyansk area.
▪️ On the #Verbovoye - #Rabotino line of the #Zaporizhzhya Front the enemy again went on the attack. 7 units of its military equipment were hit, up to a company of the enemy militants have been killed and wounded. The RF Armed Forces used heavy flamethrower systems. From the field they write about the low training of the new wave of attackers, which may indicate the introduction of poorly trained reserves of the AFU into the battle.

▪️ From the #Vremyevka direction they report about the withdrawal of the AFU from the outskirts of #Staromayorskoye, the abandonment of which by the RF Army was presented by enemy propaganda as a significant achievement and a sign of the AFU's imminent access to the Sea of Azov (it is 90 km away and several lines of defence). Strikes were carried out on concentrations of enemy manpower at a distance from the line o contact.
▪️ South of #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) near #Andreyevka, the RF Armed Forces are controlling the railway, despite the enemy's claims. In #Kleshcheyevka, the AFU are trying to consolidate in small groups under heavy fire from our artillery. There is heavy fighting, the enemy is pulling up reserves.
▪️ In the #Kupyansk direction, the RF Armed Forces resumed attacks in the area of #Sinkovka after destroying an enemy crossing.
▪️ During the day, enemy UAVs were shot down over the #Belgorod and #Orel regions. In the #Bryansk region, the settlement of #Suzemka was shelled, an aerial drone was shot down near the village. In #Adler near #Sochi Airport a paraffin tank caught fire for unknown reasons. Over #Melitopol in #Zaporozhye region yesterday we destroyed enemy missiles, the AFU launched 4 missiles from MLRS HIMARS in the area of #Molochansk. 🎯 Yesterday morning, the RF Armed Forces launched a massive strike on enemy territory with air and ground-based missile weapons. Tu-95ms, Tu-22m3, as well as Su-34 were used to launch missiles. The attacks mainly occurred in #Kiev, #Kharkov, and #Pavlograd. Explosions were reported in the #Poltava region.
▪️ In the #Kharkov direction, according to our data, the day before yesterday, in the evening our troops opened heavy artillery fire on enemy positions in the settlement of #Pletenevka, Volchansk district, and the AFU retreated from the strong point. Yesterday, units of the Russian Army conducted a raid on the enemy trenches, captured trophies and retreated to their initial positions without consolidating in empty positions. In fact, the RF Armed Forces carried out a daring raid on the territory in the #Kharkov region of #Ukraine, albeit in the nearest border area. It was difficult to establish the fact of such actions. The front was accustomed to the stable position of both sides. We note some intensification of our troops' actions in the direction.
▪️ South of #Kremennaya, our attack on #Belogorovka continues, they report the occupation of some enemy positions.
▪️ Northwest of #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) there are battles in #Bogdanovka, the Russian Army has also advanced to #Georgiyevka.
▪️ In the #Avdeevka section, heavy fighting has been going on for several days in a row in the area of the Tsarskaya Okhota Recreation Center, after the capture of which our troops advanced to the outskirts of #Avdeyevka. The Ukrainian soldiers try to cut the positions of Russian forces which advanced 1.5 km into the AFU defence.
▪️ The fighting near #Novomikhaylovka (between #Maryinka and #Ugledar) does not stop; the RF Armed Forces have the initiative and are trying to get to the road to #Ugledar, bypassing #Novomikhaylovka from the south. West of #Maryinka, our troops operate in #Georgiyevka.
▪️ On the #Zaporozhye front, the AFU practically do not use armored vehicles in the oncoming battles near #Verbovoye and #Rabotino. By sending infantry forward, the enemy counterattacks and conducts a maneuver defence.
▪️ In the #Kherson direction, no changes. The difficult situation of the few AFU forces in #Krynki forces the enemy to equip boats with homemade anti-ice protection equipment and try to increase the supply of manpower and weapons to our shores. Mutual artillery shelling and UAV strikes are ongoing.
💥 In the morning, the governor of the #Orel region announced the work of air defence over #Orel: “Services have been deployed to the incident sites in the #Zheleznodorozhnoye and Northern regions to ensure the safety of the population.” In the #Kursk region, the village of #Gogolevka, Sudzhansky district, was shelled. 🛡At night, 5 aircraft-type UAVs were destroyed over the #Bryansk region. Over the #Kursk region, no fewer than 13 such drones. in the Oboyansk and Medvensk districts. Over the #Orel region, 2 enemy UAVs were shot down in the Glazunovsky district. There were no casualties, but there was damage to the local power station. In the #Voronezh region, on-duty air defence and electronic warfare forces detected and suppressed an UAV in the Ostrogozhsky district. Its downing damaged a municipal infrastructure facility in the village of #Gazoprovod.
🔹In the #Kharkov direction, fierce fighting continues in #Volchansk. Assault groups of the ‘North Troops' advanced in the private sector near multi-storey buildings and occupied 2 buildings. In the area of #Staritsa, the enemy became more active and made 4 attempts to attack the positions of the ‘North Group’. In the #Liptsy direction near the settlement of #Glubokoye, 4 attacks by the AFU were repelled over the course of the day. Our aviation carries out constant strikes, including FAB-3000 with UMPC.

🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, the AFU are hitting with drones and artillery, the RFAF are responding with TOCs 🎬👇 and heavy bombs. North of #Rabotino - #Verbovoye, the RFAF are fighting offensively for every stronghold, but it is still too early to talk about a significant advance.
🔹In the #Kherson direction, there are no changes in the situation. The AFU mines our coast with drones, ours operate on islands and hunt with UAVs for enemy boats. The imbalance in UAVs of all types in favour of the AFU causes the situation to stagnate.
