⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in the #Zaporozhye Direction until 19:00 on 5 May 2023⚡️
The AFU continued to reinforce its troop grouping following combat reconnaissance in the #Pologi district. The defence units have suspended leave and medical facilities have imposed restrictions on treatment.
🔹 Additional Units of the 4th Battalion of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade have been deployed under #Shcherbaki to the west of #Orekhov. A brigade artillery group and an anti-tank division of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade have been deployed to #Grigorovka.
▪️ North of #Zaporozhye, the Bayraktar UAV operates from the #Dolgintsevo Airfield. According to some reports, the AFU still use the Iranian-made Kaman-22 drone, purchased by #Taiwan through a shell company, for reconnaissance.
▪️ Judging by the interception of conversations of the members of 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade, one of the strikes by the RF Armed Forces hit a personnel station in #Stepnogorsk, as well as the territory of the 1st Regiment for Protection of Particularly Important Objects in #Dnepropetrovsk.
▪️ Additional S-300 air defence systems were deployed to #Zaporozhye to protect against missile attacks.
🔹 Squads of Georgian Mercenaries arrived in #Myrnoye and #Zaporozhye region in the #Gulyaypole section. There they operate jointly with units of the 108th and 110th Territorial Defence Brigades.
▪️ In #Voskresensk and #Kalinovskoye reconnaissance groups of the Ukrainian Special Forces of Operation are deployed. And according to some reports, in #Pokrovskoye, paratroopers of the newly created 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade from #Chernovtsev have begun to arrive.

▪️ At night, the RF Armed Forces launched strikes on #Odessa and the Odessa region. Footage of a burning hotel - such facilities are traditionally used by foreign military specialists and mercenaries. In addition, conducted a combined strike on the military airfield #Dolgintsevo in the #Dnepropetrovsk region. There is a detonation of a warehouse, it is reported about damage to enemy aircraft.

▪️ Heavy fighting continues near #Kleshcheyevka south of #Artyomovsk.
▪️ At night, the enemy tried to attack #Crimea with UAVs and missiles. In #Belgorod region, in the village of #Novoye, Volokonovsky district, the AFU dropped an explosive device from a drone on a passing car, the driver was wounded. An UAV was shot down in the Belgorod district. In #Kursk, an enemy UAV flew into an administrative building, the Glushkovsky district came under fire. In the evening, UAVs were destroyed over the #Bryansk, #Tula and #Kursk regions. In the #DPR, five civilians were wounded by AFU shelling.

🔹In #Kherson Direction, today, exactly 3 months ago, the AFU have been taking a small area of territory in the #Krynki village under control. From 100 to 300 Ukrainian soldiers are constantly present in the center of the village, replacing each other under constant heavy fire from our army. They write that they are trying to supply them with drones. With rotation, this course, will not work for them.
🔹In #Zaporozhye Direction, our forces retook several more positions west of #Rabotino and southwest of #Verbovoye. Ours pay a lot of attention to the defeat of enemy equipment and reserves by artillery and drones.
🔹In #SouthDonetsk Direction, heavy oncoming battles continue near #Novomikhaylovka. Our military is consolidating in the recently conquered positions. Building on the success of #Georgiyevka and #Pobeda, they took some more positions.
🔹In #Donetsk Direction, our forces of the have taken control of several AFU key strongholds in #Pervomayskoye on the southern #Avdeyevka front, clearing is underway. Active fighting continues at #Nevelskoye, #Severnoye and #Tonenkoye. On the northern flank, our army entered the territory of the #Ivushka village, which is southwest of the sewage treatment plants near Coke Plant. They are also storming the AFU positions in the village of #Ivushka2. In the northeast of #Stepovoye, ours also advanced. However, our forces do not have full control over the territory of the village, moreover, the AFU have transferred well-trained squads there.

💥It is confirmed that yesterday’s strike on western #Ukraine destroyed a batch of missiles for the Patriot air defence system. Today, our Aerospace Forces launched another attack on theAFU's air-shell depot in #Dolgintsevo, #Dnepropetrovsk region. Systematic attacks by our army on airfields and infrastructure may cause Western countries to delay the process of transferring F-16 fighters to #Ukraine.
