我們呼籲英國政府制裁任何損害《中英聯合聲明》港共官員和公務員，反制他們侵害香港人的人權和自由。
We call upon the UK Government to sanction any officials and civil servants who are engaging in actions which contribute to breaches of rights and freedoms guaranteed in the Sino-British Joint Declaration on Hong Kong, including those who order the arrest and prosecution pro-democracy activists and journalists.
作為締約國，英國有責任監督中國及香港政府執行《聯合聲明》的情況。我等敦促英國政府實施制裁，向中國政權施壓，不要讓中共持續破壞香港的法治、民主和自治，保護英國人在香港的利益。
