烏克蘭政府指，昨日有631人由馬里烏波爾(Mariupol)使用人道通道撒離至札波羅結(Zaporizhzhia)，另有827人由其他南部地區撒離。
烏克蘭另外派出45輛巴士作撒離工具，另派出十二輛巴士運載人道物資到各地，但皆被俄軍扣留，物資亦被奪走。烏克蘭強調正與俄羅斯協商釋放該車隊，並容許各地民眾乘巴士撒離。
俄羅斯國防部指，因應法德兩國要求，俄軍將於今日再開啟馬里烏波爾(Mariupol)至札波羅結(Zaporizhzhia)的人道通道。
