I have a set of #GoTenna #mesh antennas that you could pair to phones and create group texts without cell or internet.
I thought these were so cool. I even ported a subset of Samourai's MuleTools to Python so I could play with them.
Now that #bitchat exists, and every phone has BTLE, these things are now super obsolete.
