The following activities are scheduled for Yekatit 03, 2018 E.C.:

1.  Departmental Orientation:
A briefing will be held regarding the available departments and the specific student quotas (capacities) for each.

2.  Stream Selection: Following the orientation, students will select their preferred academic stream from the following options:
👉 Health Sciences Stream
👉 Engineering and Computing Stream
👉 Other Natural Science Streams

COC entrance Exam:

🏥 Health Stream: The date for the COC entrance exam will be announced that day. Students choosing this stream are expected to prepare accordingly(you have to prepare before).

👉 There are no entrance exams for the Engineering/Computing or other Natural Science streams.

Commencement of Second Semester Classes !!!
All students are hereby informed that the semester break will end on Yekatit 03, 2018 EC. Accordingly, all students are required to return to campus on or before this date.
Please note that Second Semester classes will officially commence on Yekatit 04, 2018 EC. Students are expected to complete all necessary registration and be fully prepared to attend classes starting from this date.
Therefore, students are strongly advised to return on time, complete their registration promptly, and make proper academic preparations to avoid missing important coursework.
Late arrival may result in missing classes and academic activities.
For further information, students are advised to contact their respective departments or the Registrar’s Office.
