Hey peeps, trisyia here❣️Therapy might not be accessible for all but help exists in different forms. One of them is through reading novels (fictional books).

Pro-tip, read the book’s synopsis and choose the book that resonates with you the most.

If you’re someone who’s in the process of healing your traumas, this Youtube video might be helpful!

Hi 👋🏻! I’ve been MIA (for a very long time. I’m sorry 😔) but there has been a lot of big changes and shifts that has taken place in my life. I’ve moved to a new city alone for university and work which has been an exhilarating yet daunting experience. But, I don't regret it. Not for a second.

I don't know how many people here would be able to relate to what I will be sharing, but my only wish for those who are treading the same path is that we try to support and be there for one another. I hope that this little community that we've created will continue to be a safe space where we can all learn from each other, unravel the mysteries of independence and conquer the uncharted territories of adulthood ✌🏻!

All that I’ve said in this video is more of a reminder to myself than it is to inspire all of you. Remember, it’s okay to feel overwhelmed, to stumble, and to ask for help. Take one step at a time and the most important thing is.....to enjoy the process. You’re NEVER alone in this journey. I got your back 😉!

One of the universal experiences that many of us face on our journey to adulthood is making new friends. Whatever direction or approach you take to establish new friendships, the emotions are relatable across the globe.

I do not really know how I would categorise myself — introvert/extrovert/ambivert — perhaps because I tend to act differently according to the responses or reactions I get from my surroundings. Some of my friends would say that I am an extrovert and pretty easy to get along with, but I guess each individual’s social nature can be fluid, influenced by personal growth, life experiences, and the dynamics of their social environment.

If you’re currently struggling with social anxiety or having difficulties making new friends, remember that it takes a bit of time and courage. So, don’t be too hard on yourself! Allow yourselves to be seen for who you truly are, allow yourselves the grace to explore, evolve, and grow in your interactions with others!
