• A closure inside the prior candle’s range

These two variables mark a shift in control and set the stage for directional expansion. On the 4H/8H chart, this becomes your foundation.

🟡 Define the Wick Formation Area (WFA)

Once the directional candle is confirmed, find the Wick Formation Area — the zone where price is likely to form its next wick.
This marks the transition between absorption and expansion, the most critical area for precision entries.
The WFA helps visualize where a new move is likely to start forming before momentum builds.

🟡 Confirm with Intermediate Structure

Next comes confirmation.
We look for a 1H/30M liquidity sweep followed by a closure inside in the same direction as the higher timeframe (HTF) candle.
This alignment confirms that intraday flow supports the larger narrative — a vital step before executing.

🟡 Lower Timeframe Entry Criteria

Once HTF structure and confirmation align, it’s time to execute.
The entry trigger forms when two elements converge:
• Order Block (OB)
• ICM Wick Formation

These combine on the 15M/10M chart to mark high-probability entry zones.
In bullish setups, watch for divergence and wick rejections forming inside the WFA; in bearish setups, the logic mirrors — structure confirms the continuation lower.
