1. Ownership & Rights
-Proxies & Nitro: All proxy lists and Discord Nitro stock are sourced legally through our own infrastructure or authorized resellers. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these services.
- Personal Accounts: Any accounts we sell (games, social media, etc.) are our own personal property. We guarantee we are the original creators or rightful owners. We do not list or handle third-party accounts.
2. Product Eligibility
- Proxies: Must be used in compliance with applicable laws. Proxies are sold "as-is" with a specified validity period.
- Nitro: All Nitro offers are clearly marked with duration (e.g., 1 month, 1 year) and activation method. We do not sell stolen or fraudulently obtained codes.
- Accounts: All accounts sold are secure, have recovery options removed, and are verified before listing.
3. Pricing & Availability
- All prices are final and listed in USD (or your local equivalent).
- Prices are subject to change based on market availability.
- Once a purchase is confirmed, the price is locked for that transaction.
4. Our Role as the Seller
Flow Supply is the direct seller of all goods listed in our shop. We are not a middleman or broker.
- We are responsible for delivering working proxies, valid Nitro codes, or safe account credentials at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for how you use our products after delivery (e.g., account bans due to user behavior, proxy blocks, or third-party policy changes).
5. After-Sale Support
- Proxies: Support is available for connectivity issues within the paid duration.
- Nitro: If a code does not work, we will replace it within 24 hours of purchase (proof of failed redemption required).
- Accounts: We offer a 48-hour warranty on account access. After this period, the account is considered fully transferred, and we are no longer liable for any issues.
6. Refund Policy
- Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
- Refunds will only be issued if:
- We fail to deliver the product within 48 hours of purchase.
- The product is defective and cannot be replaced.
- Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Flow Supply reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban customers who:
- Engage in chargeback fraud.
- Attempt to resell our goods without authorization.
- Use our proxies or accounts for illegal activities.
8. Customer Responsibility
- You agree to use our proxies, Nitro, and accounts in accordance with the terms of service of the platforms you access.
- You must not share or redistribute purchased Nitro codes, proxy lists, or account credentials.
9. Stock & Availability
- All items are listed while supplies last.
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer a full refund or replacement.
