از بچگی که اجایل بهمون میخواستن یاد بدن، مثال ساخت پل روی رودخانه رو برای پروژه‌هایی که سر و تهش معلومه، پیچیده نیست و میشه غیرچابک انجامشون داد، میزدند! ولی گویا پروژه‌ای نیست که بشه #چابک انجامش نداد!

اما داستان تصویر: پل چولوتکا، پلی به هیچ‌کجا، هندوراس؛

مسیر رودخانه چولوتکا بلافاصله بعد از پایان ساخت پل جدید تغییر کرد و کاملا از زیر پل خارج شد. داستان این پل مثالی است برای تفکر بر سر ساخت برای ماندگاری یا ساخت برای سازگاری!

مهندسان این پل یک هدف داشتند: پلی بساز که بمونه! آن‌ها به هدفشون رسیده بودند. بعد از طوفان مرگبار میچ در سال ۱۹۹۸، پل کوچکترین آسیبی ندیده بود ولی دیگه "پل" نبود!

- #Kanban origin is not #Agile
- “Board” does not exist in #Scrum theory

- User Story is only a promise for conversation

- There is no Scrum in SAFe, but a mix of ScrumXP
