We’ve taken in your feedback and would like to confirm the final purchase policy moving forward:

• Each customer is limited to 1 item
• No membership is required
• All products will remain sealed
• No re-queuing as well!

The 1-item limit is in place to ensure fairer access for more customers, while keeping products sealed to respect collectors.

We understand that the earlier changes caused frustration, especially for those who queued early, and we take responsibility for the confusion. We’ll do better to communicate policies clearly and in advance going forward.

Pokémon Pack Purchase Rules

We’ll be restocking at EPM at 6:00 PM today.

To keep things fair for everyone:
• Limit of 1 pack per person per day. (No purchasing on behalf of others, including boxes/tins.)
• Children aged 5 and above may purchase 1 pack each.
• Children below 5 are not eligible to purchase and will not be counted as separate participants.
• Each purchaser must be physically present to buy their pack.

Queue System
• Queue numbers will be issued at 5:45 PM to customers already in line.
• A queue number is required to purchase.
• Please be present and ready-queue numbers will not be reissued or reserved.
• As the crowd builds, our staff may not be able to issue numbers to everyone.
• If you are in line and see queue numbers being distributed, please approach staff promptly to receive yours.
• This system is in place to prevent queue cutting and ensure fairness.
