Let's assume that at the beginning of January, you deposited 1000 euros and the euro-dollar exchange rate was 1 euro = 1.07 dollars. Later, at the end of the year, the exchange rate changed, and now 1 euro equals 1.05 dollars.
As our company operates in dollar markets, our commitment is to return the agreed 15% at the end of the contract, converting the final amount into euros at the exchange rate at that time.
However, due to fluctuations in the currency market, it may happen that the amount returned in euros is slightly lower than the initial deposit. This is because we cannot control or predict variations in the euro-dollar exchange rate throughout the year.
Please understand that these fluctuations are beyond our control, and we are committed to managing your payments with the utmost care and transparency possible.
