So at this point, I no longer believe we actually fought the British government for the colonies. I believe now however, we fought the bankers behind the Brittish crown for the colonies. They saw the potential America was being such a small country and small GDP. So the colonies would have meant trillions in revenue for the big banks. When they lost the kinetic war for the colonies, they changed tactics to starting banks and big banks. AKA The Federal Reserve.
