Women who exercise vigorously >5 hours per week are >30% less likely to get pregnant than those who do ZERO exercise per week.

Women who exercise most days have >3 times as many fertility issues as those who do not exercise.

High intensity exercise more than doubles the risk of fertility problems versus low intensity.

This is controlling for BMI, age, alcohol consumption, etc.

Worth noting that >5 hours moderate physical activity ("walking, leisurely cycling, golfing, gardening") per week increased fertility for women.

So, women just need to gtfo the gym and go hiking or something. Lifting (heavy and with high intensity) is one of the worst things they can do.
