Dutch election today and it's looking good for nationalist/populist anti-immigration parties.
Geert Wilders' PVV is predicted to win and Thierry Baudet's FvD is popular among zoomers. This could be a huge victory for the European Right.
Good luck to my Dutch cousins!

I see people on X claiming that Milei is "working for the WEF."
The general WEF consensus is massive bloated Communism-lite technocracy, public-private partnerships, endless regulations, invasive woke institutions, more taxes, climate nonsense, etc. You can read Milei's political positions on Wikipedia and see that they don't align.
I understand why people are skeptical of WEF affiliations, especially after the scamdemic. It's a pretty reliable calling card for globalist trickery, but a guy who vocally opposes practically everything the WEF promotes is unlikely to be a shill.

Also, the WEF is totally open with their agenda, which is why it's useful to point out globalist trickery to normies. Secret shills aren't their thing. They always publicize which leaders they've mentored and so on. "We're going to abolish property, put you in a pod, and feed you bugs - and that's a good thing!"

Geert Wilders' PVV won 35/150 seats and is now the biggest party in the Netherlands. Good news for nationalism in Europe! I hope he deports a lot of people.

"Variability hypothesis" - the proven reality of the world that got new OpenAI board member Larry Summers fired from Stanford in 2005, just for mentioning
The fact that many refuse to even mention by name today, when talking about Larry,
for fear that someone will google it and find out that there's so much overwhelming scientific confirmation of its truth
...that even woke wikipedia is forced to reluctantly admit that it's true.
Wonder what ChatGPT would say about it?

"Water is wet" study discovers that people support populist parties because they agree with their policy proposals (e.g. on economics and immigration) and not because they're being bamboozled by populist rhetoric.
"populist rhetoric does not have a statistically significant effect on candidate choice [but] the effects of policy stances are both statistically and substantively significant"
"populists are not more responsive to populist rhetoric than non-populist voters"

Ireland: The Brazilian immigrant hero story is typical half-truth propaganda.
An Irish man named Warren was first on the scene. He took the Algerian attacker's knife and was apparently injured while doing so. A 17-year-old French student named Alan also helped.
