With Globalism and the multiracialization of the West, we see similar same group evolutionary strategies being adopted by practically every immigrant population: Ethnocentrism and segregation for me, "diversity" and "inclusion" for Whitey.
One example of this is non-Whites complaining about "gentrification," i.e. White people moving into non-White neighborhoods.
Note: I don't believe things like Boasian Anthropology, Critical Theory, etc. are exclusively Jewish but it's undeniable that Jews were/are massively overrepresented in leading/furthering Left-Wing causes that are essentially just an attack on the White majority (as the World Jewish Congress admits).

If the smartest 1% of a population was completely eradicated in a freak disaster, many gene variants associated with very high IQ would be removed from the genepool — or their frequency would be reduced, at least. The entire population would become dumber as a result.
This is essentially what's happening in the developed world today, with smart people having no kids and dumb people having tons of kids. The frequency of "dumb alleles" increases, while the frequency of "smart alleles" decreases.
It wouldn't take many generations of dumb people breeding at five times the rate of smart people, or vice versa, to shift the IQ of a whole population.
This is true of many genetic traits, see: Selective breeding in animals.

European countries during the Middle Ages and Early Modern Period punished basically every crime by execution. Sometimes, tens of thousands were executed per year in countries of only a few million people, approximately 0.5% to 1% of the population.
In 2013, a Swedish study found that 1% of the population was responsible for 63% of all violent crime from 1973 to 2004.
If this 1% was capitally punished, as they would be in the Middle Ages, not only would violent crime immediately fall by 63%, but the frequency of gene variants that influence violent criminal behavior would immediately decrease within the population, making future generations less violent.
