Their Andronovo ancestors genetically cluster with modern Northern Europeans, but Sogdians and Wusun had ~20% ancestry from the Middle Eastern BMAC culture and 10% ancestry from Siberian East Asians. Now I would say that they, like Scythians, were "off-White."
Their Pamiri descendants, who have even more Middle Eastern and some Indian ancestry, often look Northern European today. So, I think it's safe to assume that Sogdians, Wusun, etc. would look pretty similar to modern Northern Europeans. However, genetically, I would not classify them as White.
