The trend across all nations is negative (blue trendline), but in developed nations where vaccination rates are higher, there is a significant positive correlation between vaccination rate and infant mortality (red trendline). Note the coloured dots illustrate data points where, contra to dogma, low vaccination rates have lower infant mortality and vice versa.
"A positive correlation between the number of vaccine doses and IMRs is detectable in the most highly developed nations but attenuated in the background noise of nations with heterogeneous socioeconomic variables that contribute to high rates of infant mortality, such as malnutrition, poverty, and substandard health care."

Greeks are classed as White because of their genetics, phenotype, culture, and language.
Most Greeks genetically cluster with other Balkan populations and overwhelmingly descend from Proto-Indo-Europeans and Early European Farmers.
Greek islanders are generally pretty swarthy and have notable Near Eastern admixture, but they are still genetically closest to Europeans. Even the swarthiest Greeks generally have European facial morphology that is clearly distinct from Middle Easterners.
That being said, a small minority of European-like phenotypes exist in the Middle East and vice versa. This is because Southern Italians and Greeks have slight Near Eastern admixture, while Near Easterners have slight Yamnaya-related admixture and notable Anatolian/European Farmer admixture.

Modern Sardinians are ~80% genetically identical to Anatolian Neolithic Farmers, and ~95% identical to Early European Farmers (ANF + WHG).
Pigmentation predictions of Early European Farmers show that they had light/intermediate skin, predominantly dark hair and dark eyes, with some instances of blondism and blue eyes — exactly like modern Sardinians.
