There's a VICE clip making the rounds where an Asian girl complains about Japanese internment camps in the US.
Well, it turns out that the Japanese put European civilians into camps as well, and unlike the Japanese in America, many of these people didn't fair so well.

Over 105,000 Dutch civilians were placed into internment camps in Indonesia. Over 13,500 of them died.
