Australia: Citizens of Victoria are reportedly "banned from growing their own food"

Dan Andrews, premier of Australia's state of Victoria (who has many ties to the CCP and WEF), is passing a bill that reportedly restricts Australian's ability to grow food.

I suspect that it does not ban growing food outright but introduces severe restrictions that equate to a functional ban, or something along those lines.

Literally anything would be better than feeding your baby "formula" aka a shit ton of soy and seed oils with some whey mixed in. How about breast milk, the stuff they're supposed to eat?
