Thierry Baudet exposes the Rockefeller Foundation's "Operation Lockstep" in Dutch parliament.
Operation Lockstep originated from a 2010 report titled Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International, which lays out various plans to advance technocracy, disguised as "theoretical scenarios."
The scenario titled Operation Lockstep (page 18 of the linked report) describes the COVID plandemic down to the letter: A virus emerges from China, destroying the economies of the West, while China's was saved due to the country's "quick imposition and enforcement of mandatory quarantine for all citizens, as well as its instant and near-hermetic sealing off of all borders." The various governments of the world use the virus as an excuse to advance the technocratic surveillance state, and many of the masses blindly welcome it with open arms.
