New addition to my banned book collection. Written by an Israeli history professor at Bar-Ilan University, this is the most comprehensive academic work on Jewish blood rituals in the killing of Christians. It is considered one of the most controversial books of the 21st century.

There is also a work written by a Romanian Orthodox monk (Neophyte) who converted from Judaism and was taught the rabbinical secrets of ritual murder by his father. It corroborates with Toaff's work and the disgusting "blood egg" was used in the ritual regicide of the Royal Martyrs as well.
