Could you please pray I make a good confession today as I prepare for Divine Mercy Sunday?

This Sunday marks 1 year of having returned to the faith for me, consistently, after nearly 15 years on being lapsed on and off.

Prayer request frens. My long time best friend has been a Protestant pastor (he's a lifetime Prot/pastors kid) for around 7 years and he is stepping down from his church this Sunday due to problems amongst leadership, back biting, gossip, etc its bad. Our relationship has been strained since I became Catholic (I used to go to that church) so it's been difficult. His wife has received graces (I am not sure if she's even realized it) once at my mom and stepdads wedding in the Church (she wants to go to Mass). Also, within the last couple years she met a Catholic woman who according to her is extremely holy. My buddy has Catholic tendencies, he loves St. Francis of Assisi. I'd just ask for prayers that God would comfort their family during this time and use this to drive them into the arms of Holy Mother Church.
