🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿Today we set in motion the Beverage Container Refund Scheme during an event hosted at our state-of-the-art clearing centre in the presence of the respective stakeholders and the constituted bodies representing the local business community.

As from today, an extensive network of 320 Reverse Vending Machines have been activated across our country for recycling empty single-use containers from consumers.

We now need your participation to make this a success. Thank you for all your support.

2. If you have been charged a deposit, which as a minimum should show the total amount of deposits you have paid.

Delicata would like inform the public that the winery’s own glass bottle return system, which has been running for generations, remains unchanged.

Delicata’s established bottle return system operates autonomously and independently from the recently launched nationwide recycling scheme and its reverse vending machines and bring-in sites, which do NOT accept Delicata bottles.

Delicata will keep on collecting the winery’s own bottles as routine.

Delicata will continue to charge the applicable € 0.30 deposit per bottle, collect the empty glass bottles, and refund the deposit fully as usual.

Delicata’s reusable bottles are clearly marked on the back label which reads “return empty bottle for refund” or depicts the “ECO friendly returnable bottle” logo.
