Udaipur murder: DGP: One of two suspects in the tailor’s slaying in Udaipur had ties to Pakistan
A day after two men, Mohammad Riyaz and Ghouse Mohammad, killed tailor Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur for allegedly sharing remarks about the Prophet made by BJP member Nupur Sharma, Rajendra Singh Yadav, said on Wednesday that Ghouse Mohammad had visited Karachi in 2014 and had been calling Pakistan “for the last 2-3 years.”

A shopkeeper in Amravati was most likely murdered for posting a message in support of Nupur Sharma.
Umesh Prahladrao Kolhe, a 54-year-old chemist, was murdered on June 21 in Maharashtra’s Amravati district, exactly a week before tailor Kanhaiyalal Teli was hacked to death in Udaipur. Investigators now believe Kolhe was murdered in retaliation for a social media post supporting BJP candidate Nupur Sharma.
