This EURUSD losing trade reminded me that in Trading, you can do everything right and still take a loss.
That's why risk management shouldn't be a thing to joke with.
I did my Analysis. I waited for 3 days for it to play out and the setup was an A+ setup. Then CPI news came out neutral but somehow I still took a loss.
I’m writing this only as a form of education to new traders and old traders… Don't ever risk more in a trade because you think you can't be wrong or the market will always respect you.
As you can see in this chart, the price hit my Stoploss just a few pips and started going in my direction.
That's it and I don't regret it because my risk was managed. Opportunities come more than once in the market and wealth is built with time, consistency and patience, same as experience.
