The experience:
We will arrive into the present moment with guided breathing, sharing of essential oils, and the offering of the sacred plant medicine rapé. The journey which we will float thru is an experience which welcomes all forms of engagement sans judgement, of passive and active meditation... from silent descent into delta waves, to voice flowing and free movement. It is a journey into the physicality of sound, and is therefore interactive, as participants may signal at any time to go deeper into the present moment of sound massage, as they would a hands-on massage. The emergence of a vocal chant from the crystal landscape is an invitation to return to full breaths and alpha waves, and to join in singing the closing mantra together.

Nathan Fallou is an orchestra conductor, musician, breathwork facilitator, and student of shamanic plant medicines. He is initiated since 2 decades in the trance healing ceremony traditions of Gnawa in Morocco, Sabar in Senegal, and Sufi Zikr in Egypt. In Dakar he was the final collaborator and adoptive son of UNESCO Living Human Treasure Doudou Ndiaye Rose, founder & director of Deggi Daaj International - Festival of Drumsets and Dance, and co-founder & director of Prism Yoga Dakar. In 1991, she founded Navdanya, a national movement to protect the diversity and integrity of living resources, especially native seed, the promotion of organic farming and fair trade.

He currently runs Thriving Earth Farm, a highly diverse 18 acre farm, where he and his family homestead, farm, and teach workshops in sustainable living. He believes that the path towards human freedom must involve reforging our direct and sacred human connection to the earth and to our own survival.
