✅ Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs):

* Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.
* Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.

✅ Target: 5,000 CBG plants by 2025.
✅ Expected production capacity: 15 million metric tonnes per annum (MTPA).
✅ Utilisation of Various Biomass Sources: Agricultural residue (stubble, sugarcane press mud), Municipal Solid Waste, Cattle dung, Sewage sludge, and industrial organic waste.
