Was watching a video of Sam Altman & OpenAI receiving the 2023 Hawking Fellowship Award and in while the guy was talking some people came into the auditorium and started throwing paper at him. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NjpNG0CJRMM&t=982s
I thought they were going to ignore it and move on but sam mentioned it

I wonder what John McCarthy thought about Python and it's domination of the AI space.
I am totally not projecting π but i suspect he wouldn't be happy with it.

I just noticed this you know why most of my commits are at midnight, because while I was at high school I used to code at night and commit everything on midnight, then I goto sleep π.
I don't know why Thursday was my most productive day though.

Sam Altman got fired from OpenAI
1. This is the stupidest thing that has happened this year.
2. Why are they saying Mira is the interim CEO? She is the only valid choice at this point. Like what, they are gonna get somebody from outside of OpenAI.
These are the people that fired him
1. Ilya Sutskever
2. Adam D'Angelo
3. Tasha McCauley
4. Helen Toner
Boards are for suckers,
Companies are empires,
Empires can only be led by Emperors.
If you are gonna have a board they should only have advisory power.
