I am going to be taking notes on this one ๐
Watching Sam Altman's talks is increasingly becoming one my favorite things to do.

There's no such thing that can be called an untyped programming language. Every language has types, what varies is the number of types they have.
Python is not untyped, it's just that everything is a type called
Languages like TypeScript and Rust, which we would call typed languages have an infinite number of types because they allow you to create types of your own.
So we should call them single type vs infinite type languages.

If I had the infinity gauntlet, I would snap away everyone that cuts in line, those people are the cancers of society. They should be eliminated by any means possible. ๐ค

After some reflection in the comments, we have found the root problem. The problem is not that people who cut in line exist, It's that I am not rich.
So yeah don't get angry over queues, get rich so that you will never be in one.

Classes are open in Ruby. You can extend them. It's kinda like Rust's trait system allowing you to implement custom traits on stuff but ruby's is a less explicit version of that.

Finished Ruby Koans the ending screen was pretty anticlimactic.
Ruby Koans is like rust's rustlings, it tries to teach you ruby, by asking you to make some tests pass. There were 284 tests.
Next up Ruby on Rails

This is hostile shit folks
First they don't let you download a binary file. They expect you to run some curl script to install it.
Second they only allow you to download it using a download token. Maybe they are just using it to track downloads. Maybe they are using it to setup some kind of telemetry service to see what you are running. We can't tell because Mojo is still closed-source.
And last, the install script expects you to have some kind of package manager installed. They support
TLDR,
Mojo: Hi, i am Spyware + Rushed release + Closed Source
Me: Good bye

apt, dnf and yum. So i am definitely not trying it out since i am on nixos and i am not combing through the install script to see how i could download a single binary.TLDR,

Implemented Super Tic Tac Toe in Elm ๐ณ. It had been a long time since i programmed using it and i had forgotten how wonderful it is. If you ignore the little bit of HTML/CSS/JS holding the Elm together, this project was completely built using functional languages.โฆ
The super tic-tac-toe game got featured in the Elm newsletter. ๐
