The point of this post wasn't to argue about the truthfulness of the theories, because I don't feel the need for a debate because both the heliocentric model and evolution are all known and widely understood facts of the universe.
The point of the post was to highlight that the controversial state of these theories steams from our innate human belief of human exceptionalism. Humans throughout our history have created stories to reinforce this idea of our innate exceptionalism. We have also harshly criticized and criminalized ideas that say the opposite.
These four "deaths" were used to show the trend of scientific discovery that is disproving this widely accepted notion of human exceptionalism (anthropocentrism).

I just thought of a fifth death,

Tic-Tac-Toe just became cool again https://youtu.be/_Na3a1ZrX7c
Implemented Super Tic Tac Toe in Elm 🌳. It had been a long time since i programmed using it and i had forgotten how wonderful it is.
If you ignore the little bit of HTML/CSS/JS holding the Elm together, this project was completely built using functional languages. I set up my dev environment using Nix and built the thing using Elm. I guess i am embracing my inner functional programming zealot 😁.
You might find some bugs in the implementation, if you do report them to me, and the CSS is not completely responsive.

One of the coolest things about using Elm (or functional languages in general) is how it makes the logic for your app clear.
