From Where I Stand
I've been tracking my Telegram activity for the past two months and also started tracking @frectonz for the past month. π The goal is to track sleep, with the longest gap being sleep time. I rarely stay up until 6 and beyond @frectonz was online the entireβ¦
I was never really good with having a good sleep schedule. I kind of always stayed late into the night.
But since the EOD meeting at my job is at 12:00 AM. and the earliest we do it is kind of at like 10:00 PM. and the call might take like 30 to 40 minutes, I end up sleeping like 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM. This probably made staying up late easier for me, so I have also started staying up late on weekends a lot more.
The thing is, I know I can stay up late if I want to, but I also know that my best days are days where I have woken up early, like at 6:00 AM. (Min maxing between a night owl and an early bird)
I hope this explains the graph.
Thanks to @fromwhereistand for collecting the data.

i tracked mine for 58 days
I built a small project to track my sleep and understand my habits better.
In this video, I share how it works and what I learned from my own data.

[Pessimists Archive] has got new competition.
[Techno-Optimism Archive]
Their names are kind of funny though. They are both named after the thing they are trying to fight.
Pessimist Archive is against technophobia.
Techo-Optimism Archive is against technophilia
