Is there anyone here that works at Ethio Telecom or knows someone who works at Ethio Telecom? I am having trouble logging in to the domain name portal (myportal.ethiotelecom.et).

Seems like I have to log in to even submit a support ticket, and I have also tried DMing the Ethio Telecom account on Twitter, but they are not that helpful.
