This is the most anti-contributor github practice i have ever seen.
I get that they wanna have a discussion on it but why not have the discussion on github, since the PR itself is on github and there is a literal tab called "conversation".
Also why close the PR, closing a PR is a signal saying this change is not needed. If the PR requires further discussion just make it a draft.
They might as well have banner saying NO CONTRIBUTIONS on their readme. It's a shame i thought exercism was cool.
