What do you think of this Font Monocraft?

It is inspired by the Minecraft font and also has support for ligatures.

I like the idea, but i think it slightly impacts readability. I have been using FIra Code for the last couple of years but i might switch to using this instead.

Well this is interesting

Microsoft hired 40K people in 2022, but laid off 10K.

The company grew by 30K. I think this whole tech layoff thing might be a simple case of over hiring.
