implemented this in rust,

it supports seeding a rng, a sha256 hasing function, and and a rsa private key.

to make the seed value it takes a picture using the webcam, and groups the pixels into 32 chunks, and then for each chunk it goes over all the pixels in the chunk modulo adding them all to a u8 to reduce the chunk into a single u8, then we will get a [u8; 32] after doing this process to all 32 chunks, a [u8; 32] is the recommended size for a cryptogrphic seed. you can checkout the algorithm here.

somebody should make a program that takes in any file reads it in byte form, and converts each byte into base-8 that can be mapped to the hearts so that

0 = ❤️
1 = 🧡
2 = 💛
.. and so on

save them all to a text file and call the file extension a .openai since they seem to love their heart emojis over at openai

and if we let's say decide to have 8 hearts per line, each line would represent 8^8 versions which would be 16_777_216 combinations, which would be 2^24 bits, so each line will contain

(2^24) / (2^8) = 2^16 bytes

which is 65_536 bytes, so each line will contain approximately 65kb

it won't be a compact data format but it could be a fun one 😁
